Within today’s society, getting in touch with yourself is a must. Nowadays, we are not taught how to do this, and because of this, we are weaker as individuals, as we never get to search for our most inner potentials.

I wanted to share more about getting more in touch with yourself because something like this, Especially nowadays, It is essential. You need to get to know yourself more. And connecting with oneself is truly, Truly a very strong and profound spirituality. And within today's society, Getting in touch with yourself is a must. Nowadays we are not taught how to do this. And because of this, We are weaker as individuals, As we never get to search for our most inner potentials. Many people act like a bunch of code reacting to an interface, To a stimuli. Most people continuously seek external stimuli because they fear their own minds. And when we start to get in touch with ourselves, The biggest questions arrive. And unfortunately, We are extremely disconnected from ourselves as well as from other people. In a way, We are like robots and we have slowly added more and more mechanical stuff to our lives, Bringing more monotony and more boringness. Believe it or not, It does affect the overall happiness of one individual when life seems to be the same every day, All day, Constantly. Maybe you find similar ways and you feel yourself that everything has to be the same, But this is not true because you can shift some things. So you know, First you can say who I am, When I'm here, Do I know myself? You know, Getting to know yourself is essential today. And if we learn to avoid a little bit of what society is bombarding us with, We can get a considerable advantage. You will grow stronger. It will become more easier to find yourself with progress, Especially following a little bit of advice. And the first one is to reduce your cell phone use. It is precisely those little moments that we do nothing where we can do some thinking. Nowadays most pull out their phone right away and okay, Now and then that's great, But always, Maybe your brain has something to share too. So you need to find some introspection time and you have heard me calling this brain time. And this is about reducing as much as possible external stimuli, No music, No phone, No television, No other than an outback. And it's incredible what can you get to do with this because you need to break down everything that comes to you and you will realize that you will be helping yourself a lot more in your daily life. In fact, It becomes addictive and you will grow much more confident and connected with yourself with great ideas, Feeling empowered and learning more by yourself. Another piece of advice is to listen to your dreams because you have a great messenger within yourself and these are your dreams, But sadly we often ignore this great messenger. Our society does not teach us how to listen to our dreams, But this can help us out. And this is why I share so much about dreaming, Lucid dreaming, And how important is to have a good and rested night's sleep. And it is naming a few to you, But in the end you get to know yourself better and what are your strongest assets. Spending good quality time with yourself is essential during these times and questionably crucial. And I recommend that at a professional level you do this because these introspection times they have helped me to also come with great ideas and great things to share with all of you. In fact, You can use the power of introspection to find the weakest and the strongest points of your business. And this will enable you to know when you have to step up and keep growing or when you have to hold it. We are in a society of followers and we need to find and understand our individuality and realize that we are all perfect in our own way. We all have our two cents to contribute to this world, Don't forget that. You know the dollar economy is made of two cents plus two other cents plus two other cents. And this is true for any economy, In fact. So the more you know yourself, The better indeed. The better for you and even for those around you. You will get to work on your self-improvement and you will find what do you need to change. So the time will arrive where you will crave to be with yourself. In fact, There is software to make these processes to smooth up your computer. So you should do this with your brain because the mind, It is pretty much like a computer. Add some mindfulness to your life. And to get started a little bit more, I'm going to share with you a few more aspects. Find five to ten minutes worth of silence a day and listen to it. And also make sure to take notes from what you are listening. Also you can add five minutes to your shower time and while you do, Listen to what your mind has to say. Allow passive thoughts to flow through your mind as the water flows through you. You can also set some time for rainstorming. Set aside five minutes and write everything down and everything that comes to you about yourself, The good, The bad and the ugly. Everything. And you can do this for your business as well. So during introspection times, You can use your prior brainstorming results for self-analysis and self-improvement in any of the living areas that you found. Also write down as many dreams as you can recall and try to find their meaning. Dreams are compelling, Especially when those dreams are recurring, Very vivid or they stay hard in your mind. If you have a partner and you are living together, It will be excellent, And also for a couple, To ask the other person to help you find your potentials, To empower them and your downfalls to improve them.
