So in this session we are going to talk about the WILD technique.
Wake Initiated Lucid Dream Induction.
Make sure you try this if you wake up naturally in the middle of the night and make sure you try this also in early morning hours if the opportunity comes.
Ideally you want to be able to wake up naturally and not be startled by the alarm clock.
At this time your physical body will be deeply relaxed.
Avoid doing this at night,
Before bed,
Even if you feel tired because your body will be stiffed and you won't rest properly.
It will not allow you to WILD properly.
In the morning or even midday is a good time to do it,
But it may be a bit harder but it is also possible.
Just lay on your back in bed and gently close your eyes.
Visualize your body relaxing as you visualize the feeling of lucid dreaming.
Only focus on that.
Will make it the fastest and the securest way to keep your awareness.
If you never lucid dream before clear your mind or relax it as much as you can.
I have shared priorly how to do this and you have some exercises to practice.
So entering into a trance state you will feel that your body starts to vibrate and to make buzzing noises.
If you are from California or a place with a lot of earthquakes you will feel this like an aftershock.
In fact I have found myself wondering sometimes if I was entering the trance state or maybe there was a aftershock or something.
So anyway at this point you want to start visualizing a dream or a place where you want to be.
And as a note if for some reason you want to ask a project you should visualize nothingness as I explain in other of my courses.
So ignore the rest of the stimuli but keep visualizing your dream as you will start to see it forming in front of you.
And here repeat to yourself I am dreaming,
I am in a dream.
Keep visualizing your dream as it forms in front of you.
Keep doing this until you find yourself in the dream but make sure when you do that your affirmations are positive in the present tense.
And as yourself I am dreaming.
Do a right check even knowing you are dreaming.
Do a few within the own dream.
When you do you will make sure that your dream is more stable,
That you are actually dreaming and you will most likely gain quality.
It will zoom like a camera from blurry to crystal clear.
It's awesome.
Also this will help to prolong your dreams and welcome to luthy glam.
Make sure to also stabilize the dream and then it's time to have a lot of fun.
