GONG Get comfortable and slowly close your eyes.
Focus on your breathing and realize that for every breath you go deeper into relaxation.
Take a deep breath.
Hold it.
And slowly exhale it,
Doubling your relaxation.
Noticing your arms,
Your legs becoming very heavy.
The muscles of your neck are very relaxed and even the muscles on your face are loose.
Allow your jaw to hang.
Take another deep breath.
And as you exhale,
Visualize going deeper into meditation.
Very,
Very relaxed.
And letting go completely.
You are about to bring light to one situation or area of your life.
One area in the need of healing.
And change.
A bubble of white light surrounds your entire body.
And with your imagination,
You start to float away from your physical body.
You are consciousness and you are an observer.
You have been taken to a difficult situation in your life.
Don't worry.
Don't get involved.
Don't feel it.
Remember you are protected.
Only observe.
While you do,
Visualize a ray of white light coming out from your heart.
Surrounding and healing this situation.
Allowing this to continue to happen.
And for you to let go until you are ready.
