In Life, we do many things by instinct that may not serve a purpose. Letting go of these will significantly optimize our time, yielding more productive days, greater happiness, and a smaller sense of monotony. If you take a few things into account, the shift will arrive.

Today,

We are going to talk about being functional,

Because without realizing it,

We often waste our time or we don't know how to manage it correctly.

A situation like this becomes a severe problem when there is a lack of time and there is a feeling of anxiety and even feeling overwhelmed with the situation.

You really are not going to learn anything new,

You know all of this,

But it is a reminder that we all need every now and then,

As this is for you to reflect on some basic things.

Because we have grown a lot as a society since human beings began to take their first step on this planet.

But from then until today,

A lot of time has passed,

And although in many things we have advanced astronomically,

In others we have not.

We have even taken steps back,

We have lost functionality,

And if you remember a few essentials,

Your life can improve substantially.

So first of all,

It is important to start discarding what you don't need and what is essential to be more functional.

And you know this comes with a certain irony at the time of significant consumption,

Because thanks to the projects and goals of the large corporations,

Today millions of people disregard valuable and even survivable things.

Everything is being wasted more and more because in a certain way,

By having an abundance,

Gratitude is a little forgotten.

And you know this is terrible.

And besides,

It is not functional at all,

Because if you see that you have lost gratitude,

It is essential to recover it.

This is the fuel of things.

But you know this is not the goal for what I am sharing today,

I am bringing this up because,

Unfortunately,

If humanity is too good at throwing things away,

It is essential to use this for a positive outcome.

We are learning to discard what we don't need in our lives.

And by this I mean above all non-tangible things,

Such as how to distribute your time.

And the first step is to identify what things you are that are leftovers in your life.

For this,

It would be ideal to invest about 15-20 minutes a day to analyze how the day has gone.

You may find monotonous things that are worthless to you.

For example,

Maybe you go out of your way for 10 minutes to buy a newspaper every day.

But you realize that you hardly even read that newspaper,

And a college always takes it.

However,

You feel frustrated because there is almost no time for that coffee before you start working.

So have you noticed?

It seems that we have a relatively simple problem to solve.

This person needs more time with their co-workers.

And they don't even read the newspaper because they prefer to chat,

So the solution is in the problem.

Stop buying that newsletter and save those 10 minutes to enjoy your coffee.

Everything seems much more functional since you could feel that the day has been more practical and things have flown better.

And you know,

This is the irony of ease.

Sometimes we do not realize what we have in front of our noses.

But most of the time,

This is because we have not remembered the eyelids and look.

You have to start by knowing yourself.

That's extremely important.

For that person to realize that going to purchase a newspaper only takes time away,

Needs to realize this.

And to understand that this does not provide functionality or happiness.

And as you realize and understand what gives you zero in life,

You can see how it seems that everything is optimized once you let go of those.

And you know,

This could be many things like check the socials every day,

Saying hello to a person because he plays and is alone,

Or even going with two friends for beer on Fridays after work.

Repeat it week after week,

You can get to be very monotonous for some people while fantastic for others.

But do you know what can be monotonous for you?

If so,

You could swap this for other situations like reading a book,

Calling your aunt on the way to your work,

Or maybe going wine tasting with a couple of good friends.

This is what makes the world beautiful,

The verity.

Wanting to like everything like others,

To be like sheep,

It is the biggest mistake that humanity does,

A great mystic that unfortunately defines humanity,

So you have to be aware.

If you discover what brings you happiness and try to reorient your consciousness,

Your life will change completely.

And this is possibly a result of small changes,

Like the ones I mentioned above.

A more functional life equals greater happiness.

So as you can see,

It is much simpler than it seems.

Like most things,

Putting a little effort and thinking things through,

You will have great results.

It is much more functional.

So if you want to comment on something,

Please let me know.

And as always,

See you next time.
