In this guided meditation we are going to enjoy a pleasant walk on the beach and go deeper in relaxation.
So get comfortable and slowly close your eyes.
Focus your breathing.
Observing how the air comes in and out.
In and out.
In and out.
Good.
You notice a warm and gentle energy that starts to fill up your body,
Bringing it deeply in relaxation.
And you realize that this beautiful relaxing energy comes from a warming morning sun.
You also notice the beautiful and peaceful voice of the sea waves and a sense of freedom flows through you and throughout your entire being.
You notice your back resting comfortably in the sand.
You also feel a gentle breeze,
Bringing you deeper in relaxation.
I hope you do realize that you are visiting the beach with your consciousness,
Enjoying this moment.
Use all of your senses and imagination,
Feel your surroundings and allow yourself to continue to go deeper into relaxation.
Just let go.
And.

Now we are going to take a small walk.
Maybe you feel it's time to come home.
And as you think of home,
You start finding yourself completely relaxed and resting comfortably,
Slowly coming back into full consciousness.
Now we are going to take a small walk.
You can help yourself with your imagination.
Visualize how you slowly stand and start to walk.
You may decide to walk by the sea.
If you do,
Feel the cold water gently touching your feet.
Maybe you prefer to walk on the wet sea.
Feel your feet fresh and feel very grounded.
You may choose a soft sand and you are welcomed.
The sand always feels warm and cozy under your feet.
Maybe you even desire to experience all three.
It is perfect in any way.
Just enjoy.
Observe your surroundings and remember to use your senses.
You may hear other people.
Maybe the sea walls from the distance.
You may observe some little crabs or even small fish if you are walking by the sea.
Don't interact.
Just observe until they call you back.
You are feeling relieved,
Wonderful and completely free.
It is now time to take this back home.
And as you think of home,
It slowly pictures in your mind's eye.
Take a deep breath and start to notice your body,
Your surroundings,
The room around you.
Start to slowly move your toes,
Your hands,
Your fingers and find yourself wide,
Wide awake.
Wide,
Wide awake.
And when you are ready,
Open your eyes and welcome home.
