Welcome to this releasing negativity meditation.
I won't be saying very much in this meditation.
I'll be giving the space to you,
To release what no longer serves you.
And I want to be clear here,
It is not about resisting anything.
Not about resisting anything that you believe is negative.
But instead,
Bringing awareness to what is there.
This may be thoughts,
Emotions or sensations.
Bringing awareness to this,
Allowing it to be there.
And then,
Letting it go.
Not judging it and just letting it go.
Once the space opens up,
You will be able to replace it with things that serve your life much more.
Positive intentions,
Ways of thinking,
Ways of feeling,
Sensations in the body,
Things you would rather experience that can come into play once you've not judged what is there and let it pass naturally and let go of the resistance to it.
Once the space opens up,
You can use your breath as a tool,
Breathing into any areas,
Breathing in awareness.
You can use your breath to ground you in the moment if thoughts are distracting you,
Trying to pull for your attention,
Trying to stop you from releasing things.
You can use your breath to ground you and to bring more awareness to what is here,
Without any judgment whatsoever.
And there's a freedom and liberation that comes with not judging because that means there no longer is resistance.
And you don't need to be perfect at this.
Just give it your best shot and that's already plenty.
So I will give you space now to explore and to release anything that you feel is ready to be released.
You may not know what that is right now,
But just explore with non-judgmental awareness,
With non-judgmental awareness.
And then setting positive intentions as space is created.
I will add a couple of gentle singing harmonies to guide the process for you.
