Hello,

Let's take a few minutes to arrive in this day softly,

Consciously,

With intention.

Find a comfortable seat or lie down.

Let your eyes close or simply lower your gaze.

Take a long steady breath in and exhale slowly.

Feel the body begin to settle,

Breathing through the nose and out through the mouth.

Let go of any tension that may have followed you from yesterday or from your sleep.

Bring your awareness to your body.

Notice where it touches the ground or chair.

Let yourself feel supported,

Rooted,

Safe.

With each breath feel yourself arriving a little more into this moment.

The breath is your anchor.

The breath is always now.

And from this stillness ask yourself,

Gently,

What do I choose for today?

Not what you should do but what energy you want to carry.

Let a word arise,

Perhaps it's calm,

Focus,

Patience,

Trust,

Joy,

Strength.

There is no wrong answer,

Just allow it to come.

If more than one word arises,

Choose the one your body responds the most.

The one that feels like a yes.

Now,

Let's breathe in together.

Inhale,

Today I choose.

I'll welcome it into this day.

Inhale,

Today I choose.

Exhale,

I live from it.

Feel how this quality lives in your body.

Notice where you feel it,

Let it grow,

Let it gently shape how you sit,

How you breathe,

How you'll move through the day.

And if the day gets noisy or heavy,

You can return to this word.

It's yours.

It's your compass.

Take one last deep breath in.

Exhale fully.

Wiggle your fingers and toes,

Come back into the room.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes.

Carry your choice with you and let it guide your steps.
