Welcome.
This meditation is for you if you've noticed yourself looking outward for reassurance.
If you've been measuring your worth through productivity,
Comparison or approval.
It's for moments when the mind wonders,
When will I finally feel enough?
You don't need to believe anything for this practice to be supportive.
You're simply invited to explore in your own way.
Before you begin,
You're invited to arrive exactly as you are.
There is nothing you need to feel and nothing you need to change.
You might be arriving with energy,
Heaviness,
Curiosity or uncertainty.
However you're here is welcome.
This time is simply an offering.
You're free to listen,
To pause or to step away at any moment.
For now,
You might gently allow yourself to settle into this space.
You might begin by noticing your body.
Not to relax it but to sense where you are supported.
Perhaps you notice the surface beneath you or the natural rhythm of your breath just as it is.
There is no need to adjust the breath unless that feels kind in this moment.
As you settle,
You may notice a subtle sense of reaching,
A movement toward what's next,
A desire to be different,
Better or more.
You are not asked to stop that movement,
Only to notice it gently.
And when you're ready,
You might allow these words to be offered to you without needing to agree or disagree.
You are enough.
You don't have to take the words in,
You can let them rest nearby,
Like something you might return to later.
If it feels ok,
You might notice what happens in the body when the idea of you are enough is simply present.
There is no right response.
You may feel something,
You may feel nothing at all.
And if the mind responds without resistance or questioning,
That too is welcome here.
You might gently remind yourself,
I don't need to prove this.
I don't need to earn this.
And once again,
If it feels supportive,
You might hear the words softly in the background,
You are enough.
Rest here for a few breaths.
For a few moments longer.
Each time attention moves outward,
You are invited to return to what is already here.
Not to fix it,
Not to improve it,
Just to notice.
As this practice comes to a close,
You might notice if anything feels even slightly different.
There are no expected outcomes from this meditation,
And yet,
Over time,
You may find it easier to pause before seeking reassurance outside yourself.
Whenever you remember,
You're welcome to return to this simple possibility.
You are enough,
Just as you are.
Thank you for being here.
However this practice met you today,
It was enough.
