If you're waking up this morning,
Feeling scattered,
Pulled in too many directions,
Like the day is already ahead of you,
Before you've even begun,
This is for you.
You don't need to rush into this day.
You are allowed to begin gently.
Find a comfortable position.
You can be seated or lying down.
Simply allow your body to be still.
And now,
Softly,
Let your eyes close.
Take a breath in through your nose and slowly release it through your mouth.
Again,
Breathe in and let it go.
One more time,
Breathe in deeply and as you exhale,
Feel your body begin to soften.
Your shoulders drop,
Your jaw unclenches,
Your hands relax.
You are here.
Right here.
That is enough.
Now bring your awareness gently into your body.
Not to fix anything,
Not to judge anything.
Simply to arrive.
To notice.
You might feel tension somewhere.
Simply acknowledge it.
Place your hand on your heart if that feels right.
This body carried you through yesterday.
It is carrying you right now.
And it deserves your presence this morning.
Now imagine a soft,
Warm light beginning right at the center of your chest.
Golden,
Steady,
Quiet.
This light is not something you have to create.
It is already there.
It has always been there.
With every breath in,
You allow it to grow a little brighter.
With every breath out,
It expands.
Moving down through your belly,
Down our root head.
You are held.
And now let these words land.
Not just in your mind,
But in your body.
In the light within you.
Repeat silently or out loud after me.
I am enough.
Exactly as I am right now.
This day is a gift and I am worthy of everything good in it.
I move through this morning with ease,
With clarity,
With intention.
I choose to begin again right now in this breath.
Feel those words settle into you.
Not as something you have to earn,
But as something you simply remember.
Because that is what this morning is.
A remembering of who you are.
Of how precious this life truly is.
And now set one intention for today.
Just one.
It doesn't have to be big.
It can be as simple as I choose to be present.
I choose to be kind to myself.
I choose to show up.
Whatever it is,
Feel it.
See it.
Let it take root in that light within you.
Whenever you are ready,
Take one final deep breath.
Slowly open your eyes.
This morning is yours.
Go live it.
Fully.
Beautifully.
On purpose.
