Down into your chest,
Into your belly and out again.
With each breath,
Allow your awareness to gather inward.
You are coming home to yourself.
Inhale,

Exhale,

Let your breath move naturally.
Notice what's happening around you,
The sounds,
The air,
The quiet motion of the morning.
