Let's take a few minutes to arrive in this day fully present,

Fully centred.

Find a comfortable seat.

Let your body soften,

Close your eyes or just lower your gaze.

Take a slow breath in and along.

Notice the surface beneath you.

Let yourself be supported,

Grounded,

Safe.

Now,

Gently bring your awareness to your breath.

Feel it move through your nose,

Down into your chest,

Into your belly and out again.

With each breath,

Allow your awareness to gather inward.

You are coming home to yourself.

Inhale,

I am here.

Exhale,

I am present.

Let your breath move naturally.

Notice what's happening around you,

The sounds,

The air,

The quiet motion of the morning.

And now,

Repeat these affirmations silently,

Letting each one settle.

I welcome this day with clarity and calm.

I am rooted in myself,

I respond,

Not react.

I move through this day with purpose and ease.

I am open to life's quiet guidance.

Let those words land where they need to.

You don't need to force anything,

Just breathe,

Just listen,

Just be.

Take one last deep breath in,

Feel energy rising and breathe out,

Soften into a steadiness.

Gently bring awareness back to your body,

Wiggle your fingers,

Notice the room around you and when you feel ready,

Open your eyes.

Take this calm attention with you into your day.

You don't have to rush,

You only have to show up centered,

Aware and connected.
