Welcome.

If you've woken up feeling slow,

Sensitive or heavy,

This is for you.

You don't need to force energy or motivation right now.

You don't have to feel ready.

You are allowed to be exactly where you are.

Let's begin together.

Softly.

Take a slow inhale.

Some mornings just feel quieter or heavier.

There may be no clear reason or just too many to count.

Whether you're feeling,

You're not doing,

Whatever you are feeling,

You are not doing it wrong.

This is not a problem to fix.

This is a moment to meet.

So take one more breath.

Not to change anything.

Just to notice.

I'm allowed to start slow.

Repeat that silently if it feels true for you.

Now gently bring your attention to your body.

Feel the weight of it.

The softness.

The stillness.

No need to move.

Just sense.

Let your breath come naturally.

You might place a hand on your heart or belly.

Feel the warmth of your own touch.

You are here.

You've arrived in this morning.

Just as you are.

If thoughts come up,

Doubts,

Plans,

Judgements,

Let them pass like clouds.

You don't have to believe any of them.

Just stay close to your breath.

Stay close to yourself.

You don't have to become productive.

You don't have to be positive.

You don't have to shake it off.

You are allowed to begin today slowly,

Softly,

Quietly.

Maybe your first act of the day is simply this.

Breathing.

Being.

Noticing.

And that's enough.

Take one more breath.

Just for you.

A breath that carries no expectation,

Only care.

Let your eyes gently open when you're ready.

Or stay just as you are.

If that feels better.

Wherever you go from here,

Let it be at your own pace.

It is ok to start slow.
