A heaviness in your chest,
A mind that is already racing before the day has even begun,
This practice was made for you.
EFT tapping is one of the most powerful tools you can give yourself.
It works by gently tapping on specific energy points on your body,
Sending a calming signal to your nervous system,
Releasing what no longer serves you,
And opening a space for something new.
This morning we are going to do both.
We are going to release and then we are going to rise.
Please find a comfortable seated position,
Sit tall but not rigid,
Let your feet feel the ground beneath you and take a breath in and slowly let it go.

Now let's begin.
We are going to start by tapping on the karate chop point on the outer edge of either hand.
Use four fingers and tap gently but firmly.
Begin tapping right now and repeat after me,
Either out loud or silently in your heart.
Even though I am carrying stress in my body this morning,
I deeply and completely love and accept myself.
Even though my mind is already busy and I feel the weight of this day ahead,
I deeply and completely love and accept myself.
Even though I am not yet where I want to be,
I am love and accept myself completely.
Now move to the eyebrow point,
The inner edge of either eyebrow.
Tap gently.
This stress in my body,
The outer corner of either eye,
This heaviness I am carrying under the eye,
The bony ridge just below the center of either eye,
This tension that woke up with me this morning,
Under the nose,
I acknowledge how I feel.
The chin,
The crease between your lower lip and the chin.
I am not fighting it,
I am releasing it.
The collarbone,
I give my body permission to let this go.
Under the arm,
About four inches below the armpit,
I am safe,
I am held,
I am releasing.
The very crown,
Tap gently with four fingers.
I release everything that is not mine to carry this morning.

Take a deep breath in and let it all go.
Notice how your body feels right now,
Perhaps a little lighter,
Perhaps a little more spacious.
That is your nervous system responding,
That is your body saying thank you.
Now we rise,
We are going to tap in something true,
Something powerful,
Something that belongs to you.
Return to the karate chop point,

Begin tapping.
Even though this day holds uncertainty,
I choose to meet it with intention.
Even though I am still becoming,
I trust who I am right now.
I am ready,
I am grounded and I am stepping into this day on purpose.
Eyebrow point,
I am grounded.
Under the eye,
I move through this day with ease.
Under the nose,
I trust myself.
The chin,
I am exactly where I need to be.
The collarbone,
I am the light I have been looking for.
Under the arm,
I set my intention now and I carry it with me.
Top of the head,
I am ready,
I am enough,

Take one final deep breath in.
Feel every cell of your body with the truth and release.
Place both hands over your heart for a moment.
Feel that warmth,
That steadiness,
That light that has always lived inside you.
This is who you are before the noise,

This is who you get to be today.
