Welcome.
The intention of this practice is to foster community,
Connection,
And shared healing,
Both among us as humans and in connection with the broader nature around us.
Let's get started.
Begin by finding a comfortable spot.
You can be seated or lying down.
Close your eyes if that feels safe for you and allow your body to settle.
Maybe resting your hands gently on your lap or by your sides.
And feel your feet or body supported by the ground beneath you.
And then take a slow and deep breath in.
And exhale fully.
Again.
And exhale.
Noticing the sensations in your body as you arrive in this present moment.
And so step into the meadow.
Step into the meadow where we gather.
Imagine the trees leaning close with curiosity.
Where the wind carries welcome on the breeze.
Notice your shoulders.
Relax them as the breath moves in and out.
And take another slow,
Deep breath.
And allow yourself to feel grounded here.
And know this.
Though you may feel broken,
You are already held,
Already whole.
Sit with us.
Feel the soil beneath your feet.
Between your toes.
Steady.
Patient.
Unshaken.
Feel into its support as it holds you up.
Making sure that you rest safely here.
And notice the gentle life around you.
The rabbit moving quietly through the tall grasses.
With a reminder that you belong here too.
And bring attention to your own body.
The weight of your hands.
The rise and fall of your chest.
The steady beat of your heart.
And with tenderness,
Hold each part of yourself.
The part that says you're not enough.
The part that feels all alone.
And even the one that says,
No,
You can't.
You are not alone.
As the sparrows rest in a nest together,
You are held here too.
Take a slow breath.
Feel the presence of connection.
Warmth in your chest.
Lightness in your body.
Breathe into this shared self-energy.
And notice how it invites you to know yourself.
Soft,
Fierce.
Full of light.
Feel yourself.
Resilient.
Like tree roots reaching deep into the earth.
Nourishing itself and the world around it with its presence.
And then scan your body slowly.
From head to toe.
Acknowledging sensations.
Tension.
Ease.
And space.
This is not just a gathering.
This is a return.
A movement towards what has always been yours.
Connection.
Belonging.
Community.
Notice how your body and heart respond.
Maybe softening.
Opening.
Expanding into this belonging.
Take a few breaths here.
Imagine walking together in this meadow.
As your fingertips brush the wildflowers.
Feel the sun kiss any wounds.
Remembering that together we heal.
Breathe fully.
Letting the warmth of the sun,
The earth beneath,
And the support around you fill every part of your body.
It is the meadow.
Wide and waiting.
Enduring as the horizon where you have always been welcome.
All parts are welcome.
So maybe if it feels right,
Taking one more deep breath in.
And exhale fully.
Carrying with you the collective self-energy of this meadow.
The collective self-energy of all of us.
A presence that you can return to again and again.
Thank you.
