Welcome.
The intention of this practice is to support an experience embodying self-energy.
Let's begin slowly and gently.
Ease yourself into the practice by taking a few breaths.
And as you take those breaths,
Notice your body and any areas of tension or pain.
Continue to breathe.
And at any time,
You can close your eyes,
Moving away from the sensory input of sight,
And going inside,
Allowing your body to relax,
Being present with yourself right now.
When you are relaxed,
Imagine a very welcoming house,
Building,
Dwelling.
And notice a feeling of excitement and welcome anticipation as you near the door and walk towards that house.
Deep inside you,
You know that the wise one within lives there.
And you know that the wise one is expecting you and wants to be with you.
Go up to the door and knock.
And the door opens,
And the wise one welcomes you.
Notice what they look like,
And what they're wearing,
And how they hold their body,
What they're doing.
And if you can't see the wise one,
That's okay,
Too.
Just feel that connected presence.
Observe how you feel in their loving presence,
And give yourself permission to take in their warmth and care.
Notice what it feels like in your heart,
In your body,
To be with someone who has total and complete unconditional positive acceptance and regard for you,
Allowing their calmness,
Courage,
And wisdom to enter deep into your body,
Tucking it into your heart and mind,
Feeling it within you,
Really just noticing what does this feel like in your body,
Reinforcing that feeling inside your body,
Really,
Really grounding yourself in it so you can remember it later.
And look around the house.
Notice the furniture,
Decor,
Lighting.
Or notice the absence of furniture,
Decor,
Lighting.
They may offer you a drink or something to eat.
Notice how you feel eating or drinking in their loving presence.
Also notice the feeling of total and complete unconditional positive acceptance and regard for you.
It's fine with them if you don't want to eat or drink what's offered.
And when you're with the wise one,
You sense that they want you to ask a question.
Don't think about it.
Just allow a question to bubble up from deep within.
And now listen for their answer.
And just accept it as it is,
Even if it doesn't make sense to you right now.
And then they reach into a pocket and give you a gift.
If it's wrapped,
Go ahead and open it.
And whatever the gift is,
Accept it,
Again,
Even if it doesn't make sense to you right now.
And when it's time to go,
The wise one looks you in the eyes and says,
Whenever you need me,
I am always within you.
I am just one breath away.
And as they hug you,
Take a deep breath and feel their wisdom,
Warmth,
And loving compassion deep within you.
It is coming from within you.
Know that any time you need them,
All you need to do is take one deep breath.
And their strength,
Compassion,
Curiosity,
Connectiveness,
And courage will always be within you.
You can ask them anything,
And the answers will come to you from within.
As you leave the wise one and come back to your space,
Come back to this moment.
Continue to breathe,
Lending gently,
Lovingly in your body and in this place.
And as you move throughout your day,
Remember that the wise one is within you.
And whenever you're ready,
You can gently open your eyes.
