Welcome to these rainbow colors.

Visualization.

Relaxation.

Make yourself comfortable and to make any necessary adjustments to your attire prior to embarking on the suit in color.

Relaxation.

Take a moment to acknowledge the sensations within your body.

Direct your attention towards the current state of your body in a passive manner.

Refrain from attempting to alter anything but rather observe how your body and mind are experiencing this moment.

Experience a gradual relaxation within your body as your shoulders naturally descend and a sense of heaviness envelops your eyelids.

Take a moment to inhale deeply,

Holding your breath momentarily and then exhale slowly.

Direct your attention to your breath and observe how your body instinctively knows the amount of air it requires.

Notice the rhythm of your breath as it enters and exits your body.

Take note of the brief pause after each inhalation and before each exhalation as well as the pause before.

Taking another breath,

Allow your body to relax and focus your mind on the suit in color of relaxation.

Let the relaxation happen naturally.

Observing it without resistance,

Visualize the color red in your mind's eye.

Imagine the various shades of red encompassing everything from red objects to a red landscape or simply a solid red color.

Picture the different tones of red such as roses,

Bricks,

Apples and a sunset.

Take pleasure in the presence of the color red.

Now allow the color you are envisioning to transform into orange.

Visualize the color orange in all its infinite shades including flowers,

Pumpkins and carrots.

Fill your mental visual field entirely with the color orange.

Appreciate the beauty of the color orange.

Next imagine the color yellow.

See in your mind's eye the different shades of yellow allowing the color to fill your vision.

Visualize lemons,

Flowers and the vibrant hues of fall leaves.

Immerse yourself in the boundless hues of the color yellow.

Envision yourself enveloped by the serene and soothing color yellow.

Immerse yourself.

Indulge in the essence of yellow.

Allow the color yellow to transform into green.

Fill your imagination with the vibrant color green.

Infinite variations and shades of green,

Foliage,

Leaves,

Grass.

Envision yourself embraced by the captivating green.

Encompassing all shades from the faintest to the deepest vivid green.

Muted green.

Delight in the allure of green.

To now visualize in your mind's eye the color blue.

Envelop yourself in the captivating blue.

Limitless shades of blue.

Water,

The sky,

The ocean.

Visualize the serene color blue in your mind's eye.

Immerse yourself in the beauty of violet.

Focusing on the various shades of purple found in nature.

Take a moment to meditate on the calming effects of color.

Explore the spectrum of colors.

Starting with red and ending with violet.

Allow your mind to relax and choose a calming color that suits your mood.

Experience the peaceful sensation of relaxation.

Gradually return your attention to your daily routine.

Becoming more alert with each breath.

Stretch your muscles and open your eyes.

Feeling fully awake and at ease.
