Welcome to this guided meditation on your core life values.
Core life values are those most important aspects which you truly believe in,
Which you truly want to be guided by in your everyday life.
We all have our own personal core life values.
However,
As we continuously keep doing different things,
Rushing,
Running in our lives,
We often get disconnected from our own most important values.
I'm inviting you to sit in an upright position.
You may be sitting in any comfortable way,
However,
Ensure that your spine is straight and your body relaxed.
And then close your eyes.
Just take a moment to observe your breath.
This observation automatically makes us more grounded,
More present.
Ask yourself a question.
At this point,
Are you living your everyday life guided by your highest principles,
By your core life values?
Each of us might have different core life values,
Such as love,
Respect,
Freedom,
Kindness,
Compassion,
Family,
Safety,
Truthfulness,
Or anything else what may come to your mind.
Do you know what are your core life values?
Do you know what really matters to you?
What are the values you deeply believe in and you want to be led by in your daily life?
Through the next minute,
Take a moment to think of 3 to 5 of your core life values.
Take a moment to think how can you implement your core life values into your day to day,
Into your small daily actions,
Into your decisions,
Into the way how you interact with people around you,
Into your attitude towards yourself and towards the world around.
Begin drawing awareness back into your body,
Bring it towards the foundation of the spine,
Finding stability in your posture.
And then scan throughout your spine,
Vertebra by vertebra,
Lengthening your spine,
Reaching with your awareness all the way up till top of your head.
Take a long deep inhalation,
Fill up your lungs entirely with the air and then release a sight out through your mouth,
Letting go of any tension.
Breathing calmly,
Steadily,
Bring your awareness toward the center of your heart.
And here,
In the center of the heart,
In the space of unconditional love,
I'm inviting you to set up an intention for the day to day,
To go through your day in the way led by your core life values,
To implement your core life values into the way how you interact with your beloved ones,
Friends,
People around you,
To implement it into your decisions,
Into your words,
Into your thoughts,
And taking another deep,
Recharging inhalation and exhaling all the way out,
Slowly opening your eyes.
