Evelyn is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in California. They work in a sub-acute psychiatric facility and see clients individually, supporting folks with relationship issues, depression, grief, anxiety, and trauma recovery with a focus on the mindbody connection. Evelyn's goal is to help people move through life transitions and build the skills they need to feel better about themselves and live confidently in their truth all while feeling safe in their own bodies. They have a Certificate in Somatic Psychotherapy from Antioch University and are a Certificated Yoga Teacher through Alba Yoga Academy.
