Hi,
This is a simple meditation,
Guided imagery to help us support our healing journeys.
Take a long,
Long deep breath,
Inhale in,
Exhale,
Inhale,
Exhale.
Again,
Inhale,
Exhale.
Now imagine that you are on a beach,
There's a path going to the beach,
You can sense how your feet feel,
How the soil underneath your feet feel,
If they're grounded,
If you're kind of floating.
Now please just take a moment to see your surroundings,
What is around you,
Some flowers,
Trees,
A jungle,
Maybe a house,
Maybe several houses.
Now take a moment to walk slowly,
Feeling gently the scents of the flowers,
Of the sea,
The sand and the trees.
Now when you reach the beach,
There's this towel for you to sit up,
You can sit there for a moment and just breathe for a while.
Inhale in,
Exhale.
The ocean is so calming.
Now I want you to talk to the ocean and just vent it out what you need to vent out.
I'm going to pause the meditation right here.
Now allow yourself to just feel what's around you.
How is the sun?
Is it a sunrise,
A sunset,
Midday sun?
Can you tell the time how the sun is?
And it's interesting because maybe you haven't noticed but the sun is always shining for us all.
And it's good because there will be one more day after tonight.
So how is the sand?
Is it very thin sand or more like stones,
Pebbles,
Glass?
Beautiful beautiful polished glass by the ocean.
Maybe you can make a little collection of the most beautiful stones you find.
So you can grab two stones or two small grain sands and you can take them home with you.
And if you ever find them on your reality you'll know.
So you can walk to the ocean and just put your feet on the water.
Just the feet or below the knee or above the knee.
Just take a dive and walk back to the sand as you feel the water on your feet relaxing.
There's a hut nearby that you notice and you'll walk to that hut.
Breathing in you take a little step,
Breathing out you take another step.
That hut is beautifully decorated.
You can see from the outside it's full of fairies and butterflies around and chimes that are gently rocking and making a beautiful sound.
A bird greets you as you walk in.
There's a bed so comfortable,
Small kitchen,
A little bathroom,
Little comfortable sofa with full of pillows.
There's tea made,
Wonderful warm tea.
And you can sit there or lay down on the bed just drinking your tea.
And you can stay there for as long as you wish on that beach with that hut.
It's yours.
You can relax.
You can talk to the birds or the trees or the ocean.
You take your two pebbles and you put it in a kitchen counter or the living room table or the bedside table.
And it will remind you that there's all this beauty.
You can always take beauty with us inside.
So lay down on the bed sofa and just breathe in.
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
You can stay there for as long as you wish.
I'm not going to use an end bell so you can continue to be there after the meditation ends.
