So this is a gentle guided visualization to help you,
Support you making decisions.
It's a way to find good sense and common sense and it's a way to support making a better decision for the highest good of all.
So just imagine yourself taking a deep breath,
Imagining yourself in a train station.
If you can't see it right away,
Just imagine a train station and trains leaving and trains coming.
So one of the trains says,
Decision for the highest good of all.
And another trains don't have that same thing,
They say decision,
Just decision.
So you get up and you walk in the train for the highest good of all.
And as you wait for the train to go,
You meditate a bit on what is the highest good for all in your decision.
And you sense the train and the people that are smiling,
Everyone is quiet,
Waiting for the train to leave.
And when the train leaves,
You are sure you made the right decision in catching that train.
It could have been another train,
It could have been another decision,
But you caught that one.
So the journey goes by and as you pass through the stations,
Through the stops,
You see that people say bye bye to the train or hello,
Hi everyone.
And then you say hi back,
If you want to,
Or just smile.
So you can walk in the train and see the train from the inside.
It's kind of a very ancient train,
But it's very beautiful.
So you sit down and your stop is arriving and you get your stop.
You go to the door,
Waiting for it to open,
And as you walk out,
A huge party,
Hey,
You took the right train,
That's amazing.
Everybody's happy and cheering you,
You cheer yourself with clapping and happy,
I did,
I did,
I caught the right train.
