Hi,

This is a healing session.

We're going to do a little connection to the body.

We're going to do a little diagnosis of what needs to be healed.

Then we're going to do a little analysis of how we're going to heal it.

Then we're going to heal it.

And we're going to ask permission to be healed from the body and from the spirit.

And we're going to ask for support from our spirit guides.

And I hope this is good for you.

And if you need anything you can send me a message,

This is a sneak peek,

Just a small entrance point of the therapy I do personally and privately.

And it's very helpful.

I've helped a lot of people in regaining wellness in their lives.

And I think it can help anyone to do this guided meditation as a form of self-healing.

So we can have happier lives and more fulfill within ourselves and feel better about everything that happens around us.

Okay?

So let's go.

Now sit or lay down.

I think it's better if you lay down because the fluids in the body relax and flow more easily.

And the muscles relax.

So it's really interesting when we do differently whether sitting down or laying down.

But I think for this it's better to be laying down.

Get comfortable.

You can lay down whatever position you like.

If you want to be in the spoon position it's fine.

Just relax and try to focus on your breath.

Let's ask the body to relax.

Take a whole big deep breath and release all the tension in the body.

Then another deep breath and release the remaining tension in the body.

And keep taking deep breaths until you feel relaxed.

At least two more.

Now focus on your breathing just as an observer.

Just allow for the comfortability to permeate the body and for yourself to be relaxed to a point of satisfaction.

Okay?

Now let's do a little body scan and find what hurts and where is the need for healing.

I'm going to ask you to look for tension,

Pain and tingling sensations.

I'm going to say a few words while we're doing this.

And you're going to see how you feel and we're going to see how we're going to heal those feelings.

Okay?

So I want you to look at certain emotions that arise while you're looking for the tension,

Pain and tingling.

Such as tiredness,

Sadness,

Anxiety,

Sadness,

Guilt,

Sorrow,

Regret,

Grief,

Any despair,

Any struggle that you find.

Those are points that need healing.

Okay?

So other than that,

You may feel certain lack of hope at some points.

Lack of trust whether in yourself or in me or in others.

Difficulty in understanding right from wrong.

You may remember certain behavioral issues that pop up in your head.

You may feel the need for forgiveness of something or someone.

And you may actually feel some expressive issues even in understanding how your body is expressing yourself to you.

Okay?

So this is the things we are looking for right now.

Let's do a little body scan.

I know it's difficult to remember all of this,

But I know your subconscious knows.

Okay?

So let's start with the toes.

Let's look for tension,

Pain or tingling there.

How do you feel when you focus on your toes?

What kind of emotion does it arise?

Now let's move a little bit up.

Relaxing the toes and going to the bottom of the feet.

Any memories that pop up?

Anything that reminds you of someone or something?

Is it good or bad sensation?

Do you usually feel grounded and connected to the earth?

Do you wear shoes a lot?

Do you allow yourself to walk bare feet and feel the ground below your feet?

So certain emotions certainly arise right now.

And for a lot of us it's a lack of hope right here and a need to feel forgiveness underlying there.

A bit of confusion from right and wrong.

Some difficulty expressing what kind of difficulty there is to solve.

There's an underlying despair and need for sacrifice.

A bit of a struggle,

Right?

So let's relax then and remember what we felt right there.

Our connection to the earth,

Okay?

So let's move a little bit up to the knees.

And try to focus the attention on the knees.

It's not a part of the body we tend to focus a lot.

But it's good when we take some time to give some attention to our knees.

A lot of us walk a lot.

Some of us don't walk enough.

By giving some expression to your knees,

How are they feeling?

They usually crack a little bit,

Like make a cracking sound.

Maybe you need to take a long walk.

What kind of emotion do you feel on the knees?

Some people feel a lot of strength coming from the knees because the knees support the whole body.

It's really interesting.

So there's a whole lot of strength in the knees.

So let's focus on what we felt there.

Some tension,

Some pain,

Some tingling.

Maybe not at all.

Let's move to the thighs.

Because of body issues and body image issues,

Sometimes we feel like the thighs are a flawed aspect.

Some of us feel like the thighs are always a flawed aspect,

Particularly because it's a place that stores a lot of satellite.

So what kind of emotions do you feel when you focus on the thighs?

Do you feel love for your body?

Or do you feel you could be fitter,

Maybe some shame there?

Not showing the thighs enough,

Showing all too much.

A sense of giving yourself or giving your body away.

Maybe not focusing enough on your well-being.

Body speaks a lot of languages,

You know.

There are a lot of ways in which the body talks to us and says our needs,

Our most deep,

Deep needs for love,

Affection,

Connection.

The thighs are an amazing part of the body because of that,

Because they help give some comfort.

So what do you feel?

Tension,

Pain,

Tingling?

Maybe some warmth.

I always feel some warmth coming from my thighs.

Do you feel some hunger right now?

Do you feel you could eat something?

It's quite normal in this stage because you're using a lot of energy of focusing on all of these things.

So it's natural,

Maybe you're just thirsty.

Okay,

So let's move on to the buttocks.

Usually women feel a lot of shame regarding the buttocks because there's an obsession in the media about buttocks of women.

So there's a lot of shame about the buttocks.

So that's a really normal thing to feel when we connect to the buttocks and everything surrounding that area.

So let's relax the thighs and the buttocks and the knees and the feet and move on to the upper side of the body.

Let's connect to the belly,

The area between the belly button and the buttocks and the pelvis.

So what do you feel in there?

If you're a woman,

You know there's where the women store their uterus.

So you also know it's a part that is difficult for women because that's our role,

Right?

So it's also a beautiful part because it stores life and it brings life into the world.

It's also a very painful part,

Once a month at least.

So let's maybe put one hand if you're a woman on the uterus and just thank your uterus for giving your life and giving you your children if you have any.

And for harboring all that beauty that you have inside to be able to have such a magnificent human being,

Little human beings in your life.

Now,

What does the soul of the food feel like right now?

You feel a bigger connection to the earth?

It's quite an amazing sensation when we thank the uterus that the whole leg,

Whole feet part of the body and the tingling sensations start to move around.

So you sense the energy connection.

So let's move on and then we'll focus more on this a little bit in a while.

Let's move on to the belly button.

This is a difficult part because if you have birth,

Any kind of birth trauma or you had a very difficult childhood,

Traumatic or just difficult,

Usually that's where a lot of the trauma is stored because it's your connection to the mother.

And this is where we'll heal in a bit,

The mother wound.

So just move your hand to the belly button and focus on the solid of your feet.

If you're sitting down,

Even if you're laying down,

Remember the roots you have to the earth.

Thank you life.

Thank you.

What do you feel in the belly button?

Usually there's some tension or tingling.

Some people with heavy trauma feel pain.

Usually here we feel either a lot of energy or some tiredness and sadness.

Maybe some struggle,

Maybe some lack of hope.

Maybe some expressive needs and issues.

Just really focus on what you feel in there because this will help a lot with the healing.

Take a long deep breath right here.

Just the body to start the healing and to just do it as we move along this meditation.

Deep breath.

Okay,

So let's move on to the stomach.

The digestive tract is usually very sensitive to emotional issues because we tend to digest emotions like digest situations to allow them to go through us,

Be resolved and move on.

And when we have a lot of unresolved issues in our lives,

We usually have a lot of heartburn and digestive situations.

So one way to solve the digestive issues is to solve problems in our lives.

It's really interesting but it's true.

Even if we can't solve them with others,

We can solve them within ourselves.

It's quite possible to move on from situations that were harmful for us just to feel better within ourselves and within our bodies who we are.

So what do you feel in your stomach?

Do you feel maybe some tension?

I think a lot of our diets are not made for such an easy digestion.

So maybe some tension.

Do you feel any anxiety when you touch your stomach?

Like anxiety over what we eat,

Over what is proper for us to eat?

If you're a vegetarian,

Maybe you live more comfortably with these notions but especially us women,

We tend to move a lot from issues with food and digestion.

It's really easy to fall into patterns of dieting and losing weight and obsessive notions about exercise and all that.

So maybe there's some anxiety there for sure.

Maybe some grief as well.

Oh now you feel the pain,

The emotional pain right there?

Yeah.

Okay so let's ask the body to heal that while we do the meditation because it's a long healing.

Maybe you sense some,

You have some memories popping up of things you need to solve in your life internally or maybe externally.

It's okay right now,

We're just doing the diagnosis of the body.

So let's move to the chest.

Let's put our hands in the center of our chest and take a long,

Long,

Long deep breath,

The longest as you can.

Inhale as long as you can,

Pause for a while and then exhale as long as you can.

So how do you feel right now about this whole thing?

It's been intense I know.

This is always intense for everyone.

Even me just saying it is intense.

So maybe we're feeling a little bit pent up energy right?

Just waiting for release into healing.

We were struggling a bit with this.

Usually when we put our hands in the center of our chest as a comfort feeling.

So right now you don't need to think about anything that's wrong,

You just need to think about the love you have for yourself.

It's not wrong even if you don't feel that much love for yourself.

That's not wrong.

This is how you feel.

Obviously the goal is to love ourselves obviously right?

So it's fine if you feel you don't because if you didn't feel anything or if you couldn't pinpoint,

If you felt or didn't,

Maybe that would be the issue.

But it's not.

You know,

You love yourself and you need to reach that place.

So it's okay.

Now take some stock of the blessings.

Like what good has been happening in your life?

What good has been happening for the past decade?

What good has happened in your whole life?

Those moments we cherish and we take stock and we hold dear.

For sure there has been struggle.

I mean not that much,

Maybe a lot.

Yeah,

And it's right here that we really feel the difficulty of knowing right from wrong what was good,

What wasn't.

Maybe things we felt were good,

Maybe sometimes we realized maybe that wasn't that good for me.

It's right here in the center of the chest that we feel all those issues and we have the regret for the behavioral issues.

It's where we come find the trust and the hope for the better future and for the better tomorrow.

That's all from the love we feel for ourselves,

You know.

All of this comes from the love we feel for ourselves and being better for ourselves,

Being better for others.

How does your whole body feel right now?

Is it tense?

If it's tense just relax,

Put your hands right next to your body and just relax the arms and just take a deep breath and allow some relaxation.

Just focus on the breath again.

It's fine.

You're just connecting to ourselves,

You know.

Sometimes we feel so social media bound and so reality bound that sometimes we forget about our own reality inside.

And sometimes connections to ourselves are really important.

So now we're just moving along and focusing on our throats.

Are you speaking your own truth?

Are you focusing on an image to pass or are you living your authenticity?

The connection between the sole of the foot and the throat is really important.

Sometimes when we are really disconnected,

The throat,

When we connect to the sole of the foot,

We don't feel even a connection.

We just become really a bit dissociated of it.

If that happens just take a deep breath and try to find a connection.

Where is it?

If it doesn't come right away it's okay.

It may come a few days later,

Maybe a month or two.

It's fine.

We'll have our timings.

Our bodies know what to do.

Okay,

If you weren't being true about yourself,

Maybe you feel that your throat is a bit tense.

Maybe there's tingling.

If there's tingling the issues will be solved soon.

Don't worry.

It means the energy is moving.

If there's pain,

Maybe sometimes off social media and sometimes for yourself,

Even if you feel you are every flaw you have,

What you are is love.

So it's fine.

Just focus on that for a while.

And right now let's move over to the face.

You feel your face is tense.

Where do you feel the most tension?

A lot of us feel the tension in the mouth.

Like either on the cheekbones or on the walls surrounding the inside the mouth or the tongue.

A lot of us feel tension in our foreheads,

A bit above our eyes,

Below the hairline or in the eyebrow area.

Some of us feel the eyes very tired.

Usually the face stores a lot of tension.

Let's focus on the emotions that arise when we speak of the face.

If you have a beautiful face or a pretty face,

Maybe you don't feel all these negative emotions.

But those of us who feel ugly sometimes or all the time,

We tend to store a lot of these negative patterning,

Thought patterns.

Of guilt,

Sorrow,

Regret,

Grief,

Despair,

Need for sacrifice,

Struggle,

Tiredness,

Sadness,

Anxiety,

Lack of hope,

Lack of trust,

Difficulty knowing from right and wrong,

Behavioral issues,

Need for forgiveness,

Need for expression,

Expressive issues.

We all feel it all in the face because the face is what we show to the world.

That's where all the judgment comes from for mothers,

Right?

So it's natural that our face shows all of that to us,

Of course,

Because we are good at hiding all these things.

So how do you feel the throat right now?

Usually when we speak about these things,

About the face,

The throat opens up a bit and like you notice my voice became a little bit different.

It's really important that we take some stock of the good things happening as well.

At the same time,

We're doing this because the healing is occurring.

The effects we're focusing on is we're noticing where to find the hurt,

Where to find what hurts.

So let's move on and now let's try to find out inside our whole bodies after a very long,

Deep breath.

Noticing all that arise,

All the emotions,

All the difficulties.

If you're crying,

If you feel the need to cry,

It's fine.

Just cry.

It's fine.

It's perfectly fine to cry.

I think our society needs a whole collective hug and just crying,

Crying,

Crying for a month or two or three.

Just together and saying,

Yeah,

It's fine to cry.

That would be the good dream,

Right?

So now let's find within our bodies where is the healing energy.

We can all sense there's a healing energy.

Even if we find it outside of the body,

It's fine.

Just ask to find yourself the healing energy.

Now,

Where is the good?

Where is the sense of good?

Inside or outside yourself?

But it's fine if it's outside.

You will find it inside yourself as well.

But it's okay if you find it outside yourself.

That's actually wonderful.

Now,

Where's the sense of common sense?

Like,

This is just common sense,

The obvious.

You know,

Just the plain and simple obvious.

That sense of common sense of,

Okay,

Now that's the obvious and that's fine.

Now,

Where is the feeling of acceptance?

Maybe you can just barely feel it.

Maybe you're feeling it a lot.

The sense of acceptance,

The sense of,

Okay,

I have all this and I'm fine with it.

We know it's there inside somewhere.

Do you feel the need to have external confirmation of acceptance,

Like acceptance from someone?

That person is very important to you if you feel that way.

Even if it's someone who is bad for you,

Sometimes the important people in our lives weren't as good for us as we thought they were or they could be.

But we can always transform the story in our behalf and do the best for us,

Okay?

So if there's some acceptance you felt you need from another person,

Maybe store that feeling of acceptance in yourself and try to find if you find it within yourself.

Usually it's the same place as the compassion we feel for ourselves and others.

Now,

Right now if you have any preferences,

Spiritual preferences in healing spirit guides,

Angels,

Spirits from the forest or something,

Just ask for the permission for their support.

I think it's very important if we ask for permission,

Just don't demand everything from everyone,

You know.

Just because it's readily available,

There's a need we have the right to demand anything.

We can ask for permission,

It's fine.

And we also can give permission for support in healing.

Most of the time what happens is we don't give enough permission for healing.

That's why you feel so unsupported,

Because we don't ask for help,

Right?

Now,

You can ask for support for healing for the upcoming months,

Because this healing will continue to occur.

I just had someone who came back after one year and the entirety of their problems took one year to be resolved after our session,

But in private sessions it's a lot more,

It's a lot deeper and we go a lot deeper.

It's a lot longer,

It's about three hours long.

So,

Now we are going to find all those energies we found,

The healing,

The good,

The common sense,

The acceptance and compassion.

And we're just going to go to the areas that we found on the body scan,

On the diagnosis,

And we're going to ask the spirit guides in our lives to help us heal those parts.

And I'm just going to help you focus on your breath while you do it,

Okay?

Because a lot of the spirit guides support the healing part.

So,

I'm just going to remind you that you're loved,

You're truly loved.

I don't know you and I love you.

It's fine to love strangers.

I think sometimes we forget that it's fine to love ourselves and it's fine to love strangers.

And it's okay to see the goodness in others.

Maybe we don't need to get along with everyone,

We don't need to meet everyone,

But it's fine if we look at someone if,

Oh that person seems okay.

Why not?

That's a kind of love.

That's what I feel about you all right now.

You all seem fine.

At least the energy I'm getting out of this is amazing.

So,

Let's focus on the breath right now.

If you need to move your hands along the places that need healing,

It's fine.

Just focus on the healing energy,

On the energy of good.

Good is so powerful in healing.

The energy of pure universal good is so powerful in healing.

You just need to accept its support and accept its help.

So,

What we've been doing is a kind of cleaning,

An energy cleaning.

So,

Let's focus on relaxing right now while the healing takes place.

Just focus on the breath going in,

Out,

In,

Out.

Try to maintain the breath as slow as you can so the body can relax.

Just focus on your tummy going up and down with the breath.

Your chest inflating.

The energy of life,

Air,

Just moving through you and healing what needs to be healed.

Now,

You can stay there for as long as you like.

You don't need to hear my voice all the time.

It's good that you'll be with yourself right now and with your spirit guides and have that connection.

Afterwards,

I really advise you to journal about it.

To journal about what you felt,

What happened,

What do you feel you need to resolve,

What happened in your life so you get to this point.

That's a bit of acceptance right there.

And don't forget to thank your spirit guides and don't forget to ask for their support for the time to follow.

And don't forget when you need support,

Just ask for it.

Okay,

Have a wonderful healing session right now and relax.

It's always going to be okay for everyone.

Okay,

So let's start the healing session.

And now that we've acknowledged that we feel and have all these emotions inside and we're not completely blunt to our emotional reactions and the way our body speaks to us and shows us where the energy is stored,

The emotions are stored,

The memories are stored and everything is stored.

We can now understand our bodies as a.

.

.

At least the way I see my body is a completely interconnected system that allows me to be whole.

And I think this type of healing really helps to reconnect with our sense of self.

And that's what we're going to focus now on,

This healing part.

So I need to think about yourself and the way you feel about yourself.

And there's a lot of talk about self or no self,

But in the end there's always a self.

We have souls and we have bodies and we have uniqueness to us.

There's no other you than you,

You know,

And there's no other me than me.

And it's quite intense to understand that this uniqueness is absolutely needed in this reality.

Everyone in your life needs you to be there.

Even the ones who don't acknowledge it or don't appreciate it,

It's fine.

In the end they know,

You know,

They know and the unconditionality of the people in our lives and in your lives,

It's quite the thing about love and connection and this is what heals us.

So let's focus on our sense of self and our sense of uniqueness and how needed we are to ourselves and others.

So I want you to start where we started in the beginning.

Let's go to the toes and try to see how the toes are now.

If in the beginning you felt tension,

Pain or tingling,

Some anxiety,

Some sadness,

How they are now after this,

The initial healing session.

So right now I want you to do something.

Take your big toe and just press it a bit and sense how you feel,

How the toe feels,

The big toe.

And do it with the other toes one by one.

And then try to see which one is more sensitive and start with that one,

Okay?

So let's move on to think about what comes to mind when we think about the emotions we felt in the beginning.

What comes to mind and let's think about a solution like what would be the perfect solution for this?

And ask your body and ask your spirit guides if that is possible and if it is,

Allow life to happen,

Okay?

So then we can move on to the other toes and do the same one by one.

So take as long as you can.

If you need to pause the meditation,

Please do so.

Just go one by one,

All the toes,

All ten of them or if you have less or more.

So then let's go to the sole of the feet and rub one foot with the other.

Just rub them and allow the heating.

Maybe if it's cold outside it feels good.

If you're laying in bed or you're covered up,

Maybe it's comfortable.

If you're just laying or sitting down,

Maybe it will heat you up.

It's really good.

So let's apply the same principle.

What is there to solve?

What comes to mind when we think about the wonderful things in life and the wonderful things that can help us move on from these sensations that come to mind and help us?

What do we need to retain from this?

What is the lesson?

What is the goal of this?

If you need to massage your feet for a while to feel it and to see what comes up,

It's fine.

All along this part you can just pause the meditation and do what is asked for as long as you need.

Sometimes in my own self-healing sessions I take about two or three hours to do the whole body.

So it's really important to just take some time to focus on how you feel,

How the body feels.

You are your body so it's really important to know how you feel.

It's really important to understand.

For example,

I'm touching my feet at the moment while I'm saying this and my ear just closed up a bit.

So it's quite a statement like,

What am I missing here?

I'm missing something probably in my life.

As humans we can't understand everything at the same time.

But we can however understand things slowly and time takes its time to heal.

So it's really important if we understand what our body is telling us.

Maybe there are some bowel sensations or some digestive issues or some need to release something.

So just do whatever it needs to do.

Just be free to be yourself and probably nobody is watching you.

So after you're done with the soul of the feet,

Move to the top of the feet and do exactly the same thing.

See where the energy is pent up,

Where it's tense or where it hurts.

Maybe you walk a lot so your feet are really tense.

So just take some time to take care of your feet.

Just massage them a bit and see where it hurts.

For me right now it hurts right between the little toe and the toe next to it.

So maybe I think I hit something the other day.

So I think that's still some pain there.

But it's quite interesting to just touch,

Press and feel what comes to mind.

Just what comes to mind when we think about it.

It's really interesting because for me it comes to mind this whole process that I've been doing in my life right now.

So kind of the end of a period.

So it's really important that we go back and understand what happened and then what will we learn from this.

You can ask the spirit guides for support for this.

What will I learn from this?

How can I accept what happened?

How can I accept what's happening?

What's missing?

And all of that needed sensations that we need to go through.

Maybe some grief.

It's okay to cry sometimes and feel emotions like normal humans.

It's fine.

That's it.

So from the feet I want you to move the ankle and just turn your foot around for a bit and see if the ankle is maybe crackling a bit.

Maybe it's a bit crackling or maybe it's tense or maybe it hurts.

If it really really hurts just put your soft fingers on the place it hurts and just press it a little bit.

Just don't do anything.

Just press a little bit and see what comes to mind.

A lot of emotions that we have stored up maybe allow us to understand what kind of memories we need to solve and what kind of things we need to resolve inside.

What kind of forgiveness do we need?

If there is trauma or something like maybe the forgiveness is not about the other.

It's about forgiving ourselves for storing all of this shame and guilt and pain.

Because we blame ourselves for our trauma mostly because we allow the pain.

Maybe sometimes we dwell on it.

So it's quite important to forgive ourselves for that because we do need to feel the pain.

We don't need to forgive what's done to us but we do need to feel the pain.

If you don't feel ready to forgive anything either yourself or others it's quite fine.

You don't need to right now.

You just need to sense that these words come up or those words come up or some aversion to the sense of forgiveness,

Of some aversion to the sense of non-forgiveness.

It's quite alright whatever the stage you're in.

So why do I speak of trauma on the ankles?

Because the foot connects us to the earth and we have quite a protective instinct with Mother Earth.

A lot of us really admire life and some of us sadly don't appreciate it so much.

But a lot of us really admire life and the more we admire life the more we understand our value.

So let's go back to that sense of self and connection riding the ankles.

And let's thank Mother Earth for allowing us to be here and to support her on her journey.

And to be a part of her healing and not her suffering.

So that is really important to be a part of her healing and not her suffering to make that choice.

Right?

So now we felt a little bit okay.

Yeah,

Mother Earth loves me.

Of course she does.

She's all about love.

So let's go a little bit up to the legs and the calves and let's do the same thing.

Just think about ourselves,

Think about what we need to think about,

What's the solution,

What we need to learn,

Etc.

If you continue to feel the need to pause,

Just do it.

If you don't,

That's fine.

You can do a fast healing,

It's fine.

But maybe you'll need to do this more often if you do.

If you do it slower and take your time,

Maybe you just need to do it once or twice.

I don't know.

Whatever suits you.

So on our calves we tend to store the walks of life kind of thing.

So if you don't walk a lot and if you use your car a lot,

It's where you rest your feet or use your pedals or you walk in and out.

You can see those things in your life that resemble the way you are with life as well.

So I walk a lot,

I tend to walk a lot,

I really like to walk a lot.

I don't really like to use a car.

So when I'm walking,

Particularly with my dog,

My dog is really heavy,

She's big,

So she pushes a lot on the leash.

And I've come to terms with that and I just go on jogging shoes and go along her running craze.

So my calves are really hard today,

Really tense and with built up tension I can feel the tension going up my leg.

So it's really important if we just take a little,

Maybe I need to go easier on these walks and I need to calm down a bit and not try to go so fast in life.

That's also important,

That's always an important message for myself.

For others it's walk a bit faster,

Go walk,

Go take walks,

Go be a participant in your life.

For some of us it's just slow down when you're going too fast.

So let's move on to the knees.

You remember that I said the knees is where we store the weight of the body?

It's not just the weight of the body,

Our bodies are us,

Our bodies are our lives.

So we need to be really gentle with the knees and be really soft with the knees.

So my advice is just to put your hands there and just rub it,

Not massage it if you don't want to,

You can,

But just be really soft with the knees.

And allow the pent up energy to just move along.

At this point I'm feeling a great amount of energy just releasing just by doing this.

It's really important to just the weight,

I can feel my back a little bit tense.

So just feel the connections and remember to connect to your sense of self because that's your soul and your soul heals you,

Okay?

Your soul is connected to Gaia,

To Earth,

To the air,

The elements,

To God,

Just the Great Spirit.

So they can help you,

Okay?

So it's really important that you feel those connections,

That you feel free to feel those connections and not feed off them,

You know?

Like you are part,

You don't need to feel,

You need to prove anything because everyone loves you.

Okay,

So yeah,

That's the calm right there,

Release of the tension on the knees.

You see,

Your whole life it's meant to be,

It's fine.

Sometimes we don't have many choices to make,

Other times we can only choose to do good and that's the only choice possible.

So right now as we move along the legs,

I'm going to remind you again of the universal good,

The good that is all around.

And I'm going to,

If you're doing this during the day,

Maybe if you're doing it at night as well if you want to,

But just maybe at night sometimes it's a bit scarier to do this,

So maybe during the day just take some time and go outside and try to look for the bed.

I'm seriously asking you that,

Try to look for the bed and you'll see that it will be really difficult to find any.

I think that was the most precious learning thing for me,

Learning really lesson of going outside and not finding any bed anywhere.

It was really interesting for me because,

Woah,

I was so mistaken.

So as we massage the legs and as we go to the thighs,

We'll restore all that shame and all that need for control eating and obsessively control everything we eat.

Just take a walk and try to see what do you feel like eating today.

Like what do you really feel,

If it's a cheeseburger,

Okay go eat a cheeseburger.

And then forgive yourself for eating the cheeseburger,

It's fine.

If you feel like,

Oh no,

Now I'm going vegetarian for sure,

That's fine,

Fine,

Fine,

Fine.

There are carnivores and herbivores in all nature,

It's fine,

Nature loves you.

So let's move on to the buttocks and deal with that horrible pesky media nonsense of horrible body image.

So if you like and you want,

You can put your hands there and just feel it.

Usually for me it's really warm because I'm sitting down a lot,

Because I walk a lot but I sit down a lot as well.

So usually there's a place that stores some tension of the heaviness of the body.

So it's fine if you just think about what needs to be solved in there.

Usually if you have sexual trauma,

I advise you to,

If you need to,

Because of this healing,

Just go on a therapy session and just vent it all out again.

Sometimes we need to do that,

Sometimes we need to vent it all out,

What's been happening around that particular subject.

And sometimes you also need to,

Okay now I need to stop obsessing about all this for a while,

Because no amount of troublemakers in our lives can really take up that much space in our lives as well.

So just because we're in this area of the pelvis and because we're moving on to the uterus and intestines,

We're just going,

I'm just going to say the following.

When we're young,

We are told by several medias that at the same time there is and there isn't true love.

This is where the time where we either start being unconditional romantics or we stop being unconditional romantics.

So it's really important that we understand what is actually being said to our subconscious minds,

Is that there is no love for us,

You know.

And that's when particularly girls start feeling really lonely and start acting out,

And that's when boys start feeling like they need to be overly sexual as well,

Also because of hormones and puberty and everything.

So it's really important if we remember that we trust and do believe in true love,

Because that's the only love there is.

There's no false love,

There's only true love.

And if we feel love,

It's fine.

Nobody can tell us we can't,

Okay.

It's nobody's business what we feel and it's no one's right to tell others they can't love,

Right.

So whether you're gay,

Whether you're straight,

Whether you're something undefined,

It's perfectly fine because you love and that's lovable about you.

And there's your soul speaking out to the world and saying I love,

You know,

So beautiful.

So now you feel that sense of love for yourself.

I got a little bit tingly all over because I really feel the energy coming from you all and I feel that we all know that it's fine to love and it's great.

So you say how the buttocks is now a lot lighter and how the whole sexual organs part is now feeling a lot less likely to be hard again.

Because it's when we accept the truth about love,

That we are love and that we give love and there is no battle there,

There is no war,

There is no conflict.

So that's when there is a release.

So trust in universal good,

Trust in the healing energy,

Trust in common sense.

Accept what was an obstacle to your loving yourself and loving others and trust the compassion you have for yourself and others because compassion is a form of love as well.

And your spirit guides,

I hope your spirit guides are helping you have a wonderful time right now doing this.

And you can ask for support for them in helping you see where is the love in others and where is the love.

Maybe sometimes it takes a while because sometimes there are a lot of obstacles we put in front of that when we have certain grievances particularly with our parents that will move right along to the uterus and the umbilical cord and the belly button.

So let's move up.

And so in this part we just feel like the mother wound so let's connect our bellies and our abdomens to the earth.

Maybe if you need to sit down and put your feet on the ground or stand up it's fine.

Just make a grounding sensation.

If you're laying down you're always grounded as well.

And if you're sitting it's always grounding.

If you're in bed,

If you're on the floor,

If you're on the sofa,

If you're in nature it's fine.

So just feel the grounding sensation that there is in the belly.

And if you have a big belly you can just,

Oh thank you big belly.

Big belly is good.

I like having some belly.

I had a lot of problems growing up with eating and eating disorders.

So now I'm bit chubbier and I love it.

I really love it.

So it's really interesting how my body protects me,

You know,

So I love it.

And so the belly and the mother wound also connects to this sense of personhood,

Right?

And the sense of self and how sometimes this mother wound makes us feel like our self is something said or something that needs solving or something that needs validation from outside people and other experiences or from our parents.

And that need for validation,

Did you feel that?

Yeah,

That need for validation right here.

And so as women we feel mostly valid because we're mothers or because we have mothering attributes.

And as women we feel valid if we're feminine and if we're sexy and if we don't like our big bellies.

But we can be beautiful and we can be wonderful moms and we can be wonderful people if we don't want to be moms.

Just by connecting to our sense of selves and acknowledging that that validation,

That external validation that we need as people deserving to be on this planet and being in the healing part of the planet,

Which is the majority of course,

A big large majority.

And that healing that needs to take place and how our souls connect to mother earth in a deep,

Deep,

Deep,

Deep,

Deep way of utterly existence.

So that sense,

We don't,

We just need to connect to that and understand that there's where our worth resides.

And if others aren't there yet,

It's fine.

Okay,

It's just fine.

They will be.

If not in this lifetime,

Maybe in another,

It's fine.

It's completely fine.

So this mother wound we are healing right now.

Maybe I feel my belly really because I'm having some issues lately.

I'm feeling my belly really heavy and really tired because I'm working a lot and doing a lot of stuff.

So it's really important that we start to find where is the freedom here?

Where can I find freedom here?

Freedom from what?

Sometimes we spend our entire lives trying to find freedom from life itself.

But if we look for the universal good in everything,

Oh,

The release is amazing.

And we find that freedom in just being ourselves,

Just as we are big belly or no big belly.

Okay,

So mother or no mother being moms or not being moms right now,

It's fine.

So moving on to the stomach.

All this lower part of the body healing we're doing already have helped release a lot of the stomach hurt.

So maybe we're going a bit to the motions and putting our hands above our stomachs and feeling what's there to feel.

I feel a bit of anxiety because I have a very deep notion that I hope you're enjoying this.

So I hope it's been good for you and I hope in the future is going to work out for you.

I completely trust your spirit guides on this.

So I really trust you're doing the best you can.

And if you somehow feel some heaviness,

Some difficulty,

Some shadow lurking on you,

Just ask the universal goodness of everything to support you and hold on to that,

Okay?

Because if life isn't being easy for you,

Maybe there's something that needs to change for you.

And maybe it's up to you to do that,

Okay?

And you'll need the support of the universal goodness to overcome the obstacles that you're facing.

It's horrible to have lurking shadows.

I don't like it.

Nobody does.

So it's fine,

Okay?

So just feel your stomach and feel how it feels.

I mean,

It's a lot lighter now that I said this.

So I feel the need to walk outside the birds are singing.

So maybe what do you need right now?

Right now what do you need?

Maybe it's not food to feel anything.

Maybe you're not eating well and you do need to eat something.

Maybe you need to take a walk like I do.

Maybe you need to rest for a bit.

Maybe you have anxiety for this to end and it's just in the middle because we're in the middle of the body.

I'm really sorry.

I hope you're enjoying this.

So let's move on to what we need freedom for.

Let's connect to our sense of selves and how does the stomach connect to my sense of self,

To your sense of self?

Where is that?

I feel the stomach stores a lot of digestive emotions like grief and sorrow and also healing.

Healing is also very digestive.

If we hang on to the healing energies that we are hanging on to,

We can surely feel that the hunger subsides or there's some sort of freedom there,

I hope.

So if you need to pause the meditation,

The stomach is a really hard area.

So if you need to pause the meditation for a while and just do this right here,

It's fine.

And move on to the chest.

So the chest is where we harbor the hard feelings,

The hard emotions because it's where the love is so it can take it,

You know?

So the love is in our entire body but that's where we feel the love.

It's the entry and exit point of the love.

So maybe if you're feeling really well right now,

Maybe it feels warm and cozy.

But if you're struggling with a lot of difficult emotions,

Maybe it feels heavy and tight.

So maybe if it feels heavy and tight,

Just massage it a bit.

If you need to tap it,

Tap it just in the middle of the boobs or the chest,

Just in the middle.

And just tap it a little bit,

Open up with the fingers and just allow for the heat to come up,

Allow for the heat to arrive.

When the heat arises,

Okay,

You can stop.

Take a deep breath.

Yeah,

I just,

If you did that,

I hope you did that.

If you didn't,

I hope you did it.

Because tapping right there helps create energetic bounds of protection.

So for those of us with lingering issues and if you're actually dealing with heavy spiritual stuff,

It's amazing if you do this often.

If you're feeling somewhat depleted or somewhat unprotected,

Just talk to the highest good,

Your highest self and tap on that place.

Because it's an amazing protective mechanism.

It's a triple heart in traditional Chinese medicine.

It's really amazing.

So how do your hands feel?

Right now they can be really tingly,

Full of energy,

Full of healing energy just flowing through your body.

It's really natural if you feel the hands kind of tense and kind of tingling.

So let's move on to the throat.

It's a bit cold here today so my feet and my throat are really cold.

So let's see the connection to the feet again,

The throat and the feet like we spoke on the beginning.

So I feel my feet really connected to the earth right now because I am also doing this so it's really important to be connected to the earth while we're healing.

So how do you feel your throat?

How do you feel your throat?

It's really incredible how we sometimes neglect to speak our truths because we feel we will mess with reality of others.

To say to someone I don't really like you when you're that way,

It's really heavy for the other person.

But if you say I love you but I won't take up that behavior,

It's fine right?

So the throat is where we set boundaries as well.

So it's really important if we learn to set boundaries how to do them,

How to create those boundaries.

So that comes from the truth and what we speak and the truths we speak.

It's really important when we're honest we're not complacent.

Because sometimes we're honest and we open up for all kinds of judgment but when we're honest but not complacent with people hurting us there's a big boundary right there.

So speaking more of our own truths,

Maybe if they change it's fine.

Sometimes it's true in one stage and it's not true in another.

At one point I felt so disconnected from everything,

I felt the need to just shut everyone out and I don't trust anyone.

I kept saying that I don't trust anyone and it wasn't true.

Obviously I trusted people and obviously I trusted everything but I felt that I really needed to hang on to do.

I don't trust anything or anyone at this point.

So the trust issues are always stuck on our throats because we always feel the need to.

I don't trust people,

Why not?

That would be if everyone was super honest,

Imagine that.

That would be great.

My throat even opened up a bit as I was saying this.

That would be amazing if everyone was super honest with each other.

Because being honest is always speaking about love and about how we love each other regardless of everything.

So it's the I love you but I don't like that facet of yours.

Or I love you but I'm not trusting that behavior right now.

Or I love you but.

.

.

But the love doesn't.

.

.

The fact there is a but there doesn't mean the love isn't unconditional.

It's just that we don't like the behavior.

It's just that I love you but I don't like that behavior.

It's fine.

And we can say that to ourselves as well.

So where do we feel our behaviors are lacking somehow?

I had a very profound moment lately of getting in touch with my anger and deeply parent issues.

And it was really hard for me to not release that,

Unleash that whole anger.

So it was really an act of self-control.

And when I controlled it and healed it in other ways by being honest with myself that I don't like myself that way.

It's because of.

.

.

It's a valid reason.

And see that perception of right and wrong that we couldn't see in the beginning.

Right now we can really see it right.

It's really important if we understand that.

So let's move on to the mouth.

So some of us salivate a lot,

Others salivate less.

So how is your saliva feeling?

Is it kind of foamy?

Is it kind of sweet?

Or is it tasteless?

It's all messages like.

.

What does it need?

Maybe you need some water right now.

Don't forget to drink some water after this,

Ok?

It's almost true.

So don't forget to drink some water.

So right now I'm going to ask you something.

I'm going to ask you to,

With your finger,

Tap below your lip,

Adjust above your chin in that little space there.

Just tap there for a while.

And save to yourself.

Sometimes I feel I don't love myself.

Sometimes I feel I don't love myself.

I'm inherently lovable.

I was born lovable.

I will be lovable until I die.

I will be lovable in all my lifetimes.

But sometimes I feel I'm not lovable.

Sometimes I feel I'm not lovable.

I'm lovable.

I'm lovable.

So just do that as long as you feel some sense of that it's right not to be lovable,

Ok?

So if you need to repeat the meditation and repeat the whole healing session for this,

It's fine,

Ok?

But connect to your sense of self and connect to your sense of worth as well,

Ok?

Because it's really important to have our sense of worth mirrored in our faces.

That's what true confidence is all about.

So ok,

Now move on to the face,

To the cheekbones and to the eyes.

If your eyes are tired,

Just your eyes,

Like people usually say,

Are the mirror to your soul.

So if your eyes are tired,

It means not that your soul is tired,

But that you need to rest from all your spiritual dwelling and maybe focus on other things for a while.

Just focus on other things you like.

You all like other things.

Sometimes I have a friend who likes cooking,

So she cooks.

She doesn't want to think about things.

I'm a bit like that as well sometimes.

I tend to cook to not think.

Sometimes I don't even eat it.

Sometimes I just cook for others just to allow it to be cooked.

So there are other things that help,

Such as drawing,

Doing some art,

Taking walks,

Volunteering,

Supporting others,

Helping a friend,

A neighbor,

Doing those kinds of things.

You don't need to.

Sometimes the best spiritual is just kind of the best spiritual path is just being kind.

I think for most of us that would be enough.

So your eyes also speak a lot of your truths that your throat doesn't say.

So how do the eyes and the throat connect?

You tend to put on a fake look.

Sometimes we do that.

Sometimes we put an angry look on the street or a sexy look for selfies or something like that.

But then on the rest of the waking hours our eyes speak a lot.

So how do your eyes connect to your throat and your sense of self in your truths?

This is a really hard thing,

But remember love,

Universal good,

Will all come to pass the difficulties.

We'll find a balance,

Humanity collectively.

I mean,

None of us needs to have the whole weight.

That's why we're here,

Because we share the burdens.

It's fine.

Talk to someone.

Speak your truth to someone.

Okay,

So I hope you're feeling a lot better.

This is a very simple yet very intense healing energy session.

So for the coming months you'll need to refocus and maybe if you want to come back to this and do this often it's fine.

At one point in my life I was doing this type of energy healing to myself every day.

But it turned out to be ultra intense so I don't recommend doing it every day.
