Join me for this brief meditation.
For a few moments,
Just pause,
Close your eyes,
And breathe as you open the eyes of your heart.
Notice,
Where do you feel worry in your body?
Do you feel unsettled in your stomach?
Or are you experiencing uneasiness in your mind?
Or some other place?
For the next few moments,
Begin to scan the body and notice where the worry is manifesting.
Place your hand over that area as you rest your hands over that area.
That place of worry,
Begin to repeat shalom,
The Hebrew word for peace.
You may repeat the word aloud or in the silence of your mind,
Silence of your mind.
