Love this track especially the part about the burning coal, as I have definitely been feeling animosity towards someone recently, and this was a great reminder that I am not hurting anyone but myself by having these feelings.

This was so very powerful for me….I appreciate your insights and support to recognize our humanity and that our practice becomes deeper as we lean in and open to that vast space of loving energy! All the best! Carol

Nick has the most soothing voice. He has a nice way of speaking about gratitude that gently guides you into the awareness without a sense of obligation or pressure to be grateful. A nice reprieve at the end of your day.

This worked like magic after I joined your live session I put this track on like you recommended and I’m so grateful I’m able to join your live sessions when I can’t sleep and will be putting this track on every time after your live sessions end and will be putting this track on all the time when I can’t sleep. Between your live sessions and this sleep story track both are helping me tremendously! Bookmarked! You’re the best Nick and am so grateful for your live sessions! Thank you so so much! 🙏Thank you for a good reminder that I need space. It's easy to forget. I love the poem Space by Steve Taylor, maybe you don't know it. 😘
