This meditation is going to be perfect for you if you are dealing with any sinus and allergy issues that you may find frustrating or irritating.
Whatever it is,
We are going to tap through that and get to the other side of that and just allow our body to do what it needs to do right now.
So right now from a 1 through 10,
10 being the most frustrating,
Why don't you grade how intense your allergy and sinus symptoms feel right now.
We're going to work on lowering this number as we tap through this session.
So go ahead and get comfortable and let's begin by taking a deep breath in and out.
Start tapping on the side of your hand.
Even though I'm dealing with these annoying sinus and allergy issues,
I love and accept myself anyway.
Even though I find these issues so hard to deal with sometimes,
I love and accept myself anyway.
I know that I can get to a place where I am okay with what my body experiences from time to time and I fully love and accept myself.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
I feel frustrated.
Side eye.
I feel annoyed.
Under eye.
Sometimes I feel angry.
Under nose.
I don't like when I have a lot of sinus and allergy issues.
Under mouth.
It makes me feel like it's all I can focus on.
Collarbone and I want to release that.
Under your armpit.
I want to release the emotions that my sinus and allergy issues bring up for me.
Top of the head.
I don't want to hold on to these feelings anymore.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
I want to just release everything heavy that I'm carrying right now.
Side eye.
I feel that these heavy things that I'm carrying don't help the physical symptoms that I'm experiencing.
Under eye.
I want to feel more relaxed and calm.
Under nose.
I want to stop focusing so much on my physical symptoms.
Under mouth.
I want to feel relief in how I feel physically.
Collarbone.
I don't want my physical symptoms to get me so down.
Under your armpit.
I don't want my physical symptoms to dictate how my day goes.
Top of the head.
I want to just let it all go.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
What if I just allowed myself to release anything heavy that I'm holding on to right now?
Side eye.
I stopped focusing on my physical symptoms so much.
Under eye.
What if I allowed the symptoms to come up when they needed to?
Under nose,
But then focus on other things in my life.
Under mouth.
What if I didn't define myself with the physical symptoms that I experience?
Collarbone.
What if I stopped feeling so stressed and frustrated with my physical symptoms and just allowed them to happen?
Under your armpit.
What if I just accepted that I experienced these symptoms from time to time and that's okay?
Top of the head.
What if I just surrendered to what I felt and allowed my body and mind to relax?
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
I struggle with sinus and allergy symptoms from time to time.
Side eye and that's okay.
Under eye.
My body sometimes reacts to some things and that's okay.
Under nose.
I surrender to the things that my body feels.
Under mouth.
I relax into what my body is telling me.

I release any frustrations that I feel.
Under your armpit.
I release any anger that I feel.
Top of the head.
I allow my body to do what it needs to do and stop focusing so much on making it go away.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
It's okay that I sometimes feel emotional around my physical symptoms.
Side eye.
I allow these emotions to exist.
Under eye.
I listen to these emotions and release them.
Under nose.
I don't let them stay stuck.
Under mouth.
I don't let my physical symptoms define how I feel.
Collarbone.
I don't let my physical symptoms dictate how my day will go.
Under your armpit.
If I need to rest,
I rest.
Top of the head.
I no longer fight with my body and allow whatever needs to happen to happen.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
I trust my body in all of its wisdom.
Side eye.
I trust what my body is telling me.
Under eye.
It might not always be comfortable.
Under nose.
But the more I fight against it,
The worse I feel.
Under mouth.
I no longer fight with my body.

I allow my body to do what it needs to do.
Under your armpit.
I surrender to my body.
Top of the head.
I feel fully relaxed and calm in my body and I fully love and accept myself.

So sometimes the best thing to do is to just relax and allow your body to do what it needs to do.
