Increase your powers to visualise.

For optimal results it's best to listen to this with headphones and to be sure that this is the left hand hand side and this is the right hand side.

If for any reason you need to awaken during this process,

You will do so with all the resources you need and clarity of mind to attend to the situation.

Before you start to relax deeply into the mind reprogramming session,

I want you to take a moment to hold in your mind these ideas and you may do this with your eyes open or closed.

The right hemisphere of the brain is the area of creativity,

It is the area of imagination and the more you expand it the more you can conceive of.

The world's most successful thinkers and doers all visualise.

If you can already picture things in your mind clearly,

Are you actually taking the time at this moment in your life to really do it with a focus on the things that you want to achieve?

And if you're less able to clearly see in your mind's eye images,

It's time to hone those skills so that you can start to clearly see the things that you want in life and go after them in a determined way so that you receive them into your life and experience now.

I want you to close your eyes and relax your body before you relax your mind and go deeply into trance because relaxing your body is good for you and helps you to allow the thoughts to slip away and your unconscious mind to make changes at a deep level that manifest themselves in you as new behaviours.

And while this trance is a hypnotic experience designed to deliver the suggestions,

With the aid of binaural beats in the background to instil in you the habits and the motivation to practise visualising so that your ability to perceive the imagery that your unconscious mind creates more and more and have the ability and the tools to shape those visions.

Things change because you take action to make them change and so as you are now more relaxed and ready to go into trance in the right way for you,

I first want to guide you in relaxing your body so you drift deeper and deeper into trance.

Now be aware of the muscles in your forehead and imagine a droplet of relaxation landing on your forehead and spreading out all over your forehead then slightly tense the muscles in your forehead and relax them,

Feeling the relaxation spread to the other muscles of your face and then gently tense your neck and jaw muscles and relax them.

Perceive a relaxed feeling and warm colour spreading all around your head and neck.

Allow that feeling to run down your shoulders and tense them a little then relax the muscles in your shoulders and arms,

Chest and stomach.

Be aware of a warm sensation of relaxation that you can allow to intensify gently enveloping your head,

Neck and upper body spreading all the way through your waist and legs as you listen to the sound of my voice,

The music in the background and feel the feelings of relaxation engulf you all the way down now through your legs,

Ankles,

Feet and toes.

You can allow your inner voice to go into trance is a present sensation right now running through your body relaxing allowing you to drift deeper and deeper into trance and as you allow yourself to go deeper and deeper into trance you can allow any of the internal voices to slow down,

Sleepy and lower in pitch the internal dialogue of yours is yours and you are the one who has control over it and are able to direct your other than unconscious thoughts to slow down,

Quieten and become quieter and if there are any other internal dialogues that appear you know that you can listen to them at any time and believe what they say or not but right now you can allow yourself to feel the feelings of relaxation spread over you and let your inner thoughts drift away and become quiet leaving any and all preconceptions that you used to have about your ability to visualize while at the same time strengthen your belief about how easy it is to increase your powers of visualization now and have more control over your ability to think clearly with imagery and the deeper into this trance that you go now the deeper and the deeper into this trance that you go now the deeper into your unconscious you go and as you know your unconscious mind is the part of you that pictures you and the pictures of you are part of your self image because your self image is something that is an image that image is one that the more you can clearly see the more you can realize that there are areas of it that you would like to bring into focus more now and increase your self image so that you can see yourself as more than you are now and able to become more still this is just one thing that you can do more of that will increase the wonder and enjoyment in your life grows and expands exponentially now the images that you make like the self image that you are able to inherit because your thoughts are directed there and the incredible power of your unconscious mind to create better and better pictures and clearer and brighter and bolder images of you and the way you want to see yourself becoming magnificent because anything else is just a waste of the power that is in you to become the best you can be and these images that you know you make you can allow yourself to become aware of more and more as you listen to the trance and every time you listen to this trance and as you sleep and dream tonight inside your unconscious mind the exercises and techniques and resources that you have strengthened and new shortcuts that appear to you and work for you and that are even suggested to you with imagery from the imagination of your unconscious now more and clearer to you as you continue to grow and learn the amazing power of your unconscious mind is set to work creating new habits of success in any subject the more that you practice it and as you practice in your dreams and in your trance times and while you do other things and are enjoying your day you can notice in a few days and weeks and months and continue to notice long into the future how your ability to make images manipulate the images in your unconscious become greater and greater as you simply right now start to allow a warm sunny day at the beach to come to an end and the more you allow yourself to feel the warmth of the sun and the sounds of the beach around you the more you can easily see the sun higher in the sky and you can imagine the sun high in the sky and breathing closer to you and change it into a solid ball of green and start to rotate it around it you can rotate also you can choose to picture the things that you want and look closer to you and the more you do resolve to take just a few seconds here and there during the day to do this the more that you will find yourself able to visualize clearly the things that you want more and the more that you do the more that your dreams will become and the more that they become as you sleep and dream in only the most wonderful ways possible the more that you are practicing your abilities when you do things regularly you reinforce them when you sleep and dream tonight your unconscious can and will increase your powers to visualize your unconscious can and will increase your powers to visualize developing yourself and your abilities to change and change the experience the world around you is something that you can do and do it and that is an ongoing process a lifelong commitment to improving your life will mean that you are always increasing the quality of your life by updating the mindset increasing the quality of life and most importantly the way you perceive your life is an amazing experience and there is more than any one person can experience to be able to be experienced so that you make plans clear vision of what you want to do the more you can do the things that you want and the more that you take time once in a while to examine some of the behaviors that you have and the responses that you have to situations the more that you can take some time to update these ideas and images and replace the negative mindsets around yourself image your relationships to money happiness fun joy friends family adventures and more of these positive impacts on your life happen and continue to happen the more you take action and learn and continue to develop yourself and your skill and being a human being clear being visual being happy and the more that you notice how far you have already come in your quest to develop yourself and see the positive advancements in you and your achievements the more motivated you are to achieve more and that is a great way to get better at anything and everything and get better at visualizing yourself as better at visualizing things and imagine being inside the version of you who is already better at seeing things clearly inside your unconscious mind so that you can experience what it is like now clearly picture the lifestyle that you desire and the more that you spend time seeing some of the markers of success in your life the things and the achievements that you want the more that you can increase your ability to see these markers now and get better visualizing yourself as better at visualizing things and imagine being inside the version of you who is already better at seeing things clearly inside your mind so that you can experience what it is like now clearly picture the lifestyle that you desire the more that you spend time seeing some of the markers of success in your life the things and the achievements that you want the more that you increase your ability to see these markers now and expand the size of them to see it clearly and the more that you increase the size of it you're part of the image in your mind the more you consume into details the way that your markers of success look and know that these things are achievable and as you take action and work towards achieving them you get better at seeing the images in your mind rotating the images and viewing the different angles and as you do this with the image you get better at doing this with the images and get better at visualizing yourself as better at visualizing things and visualizing yourself as better at visualizing things and imagine being inside the version of you who already is better at seeing things clearly so that you can experience what it's like to see you as better and better as yourself Increase the size of it,

Or part of the image in your mind.

The more you can zoom into details of the way that your markers of success look.

And know that these things are achievable.

And as you take action and work towards achieving them,

You get better at seeing the images in your mind.

Or rotating the images and viewing the different angles.

And as you do this with the image,

You get better at doing this with the images.

And you get better at visualizing the achievements that you want.

That include for a few days and weeks.

Seeing yourself becoming better at visualizing because you implement the techniques.

And you take time to make the posted notes and place them around.

And you free associate images in your mind every time you hear someone say a color.

And every time you see one written down.

And the more that you can allow yourself,

From this point of view,

To see yourself doing these things.

Over the next couple of weeks,

The better you get at seeing images in your mind.

And shaping them because you do the suggested exercises that increase your ability to manipulate the visual thoughts in your mind.

And become happy at doing this.

And the music technique of visualizing the soundscapes or the images and the pictures in your right hand,

Left hand.

And on your phone or in your pocket so that you can carry it around with you for the next few weeks.

And practice visualizing the things that you want to bring into your life now.

A few moments here and there.

And over the next few days,

Sitting and picturing three dimensional objects.

And rotating them for only the amount of time that you are feeling excited by the rewards that increased power of visualizing will give you.

And increasing the size of the images.

Moving the location of the image closer to you.

And then moving around the image,

Getting a new perspective on things.

That you are working towards.

And the things that you want in your life to become a part of your life more and more.

As you take the time to do this,

You can feel good about the images in your mind.

And you take your time to do this more and more.

Now,

This makes it easier for you to see an image in your mind now.

And realize that it's just an imagination.

And you can relax and imagine the shapes and textures.

The colors and details of it clearer and clearer.

And nearer and nearer now.

And regularly over the next few days and weeks.

And as you listen to this trance again,

The suggestions that are designed to help you become better.

That visualizing help you to see the thoughts in your mind's eye clearer.

And motivate you to become better now.

While all the positive learnings that happened during this trance and as you sleep and dream tonight.

And as you continue your day and life continues to grow in positive ways and increase your skills at visualizing.

You can be ready to embed the learnings deeper and deeper.

As you gently start to become more aware of the sound of my voice.

And the music in the background.

And the sensations of your body.

Excited to awaken from this trance now.

And as I count you backwards from five,

Come right out of this trance now.

And feel really good.
