Welcome beautiful souls.

This is JB and welcome to a beautiful night's rest.

So let's get into your favorite sleeping position.

Make sure you're comfortable.

Close your eyes and slowly imagine yourself just relaxing in the bed.

Now let's go to your breathing,

Slowing down the heart rate and let's take some nourishing breaths together.

Breathe in,

Breathe out,

Breathe in,

Breathe out,

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Last time,

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Keep that rhythm going.

Today we are going to take a ride on an underground train.

We call it the underground in the UK.

As we go through the many stations,

We will think about what beautiful places we could visit if we decided to get off at any of the particular stops on the Victoria Line.

So come join me and let's have some fun.

Here we are sitting on the train.

The train is noisy and I love it.

I love everything about the underground train.

I love the constant rocking the train gives me as it speeds along the tracks.

I love the way it makes me feel so comfortable.

Like I'm in a rocking chair and just being rocked back and forth,

Back and forth.

The noise is like a lullaby.

Like a music track that just settles into that sweet spot just behind your ear.

And it keeps on playing even when you think you can't hear it.

It's always there in the background.

So today we're going to have a ride on the underground train.

Let's see what stops we pass along the way.

I got on the train at Brixton Station,

The first stop on the Victoria Line.

Brixton,

What a wonderful place to visit.

Brings back memories of summertime when I would go to the famous Brixton Market and be greeted with an array of different foods from all around the world.

From Italy to Africa and all the places in between.

French,

Caribbean,

Cuban,

Even vegan foods available there.

There's certainly a lot of variety in this market.

Something for everyone.

There are a few really nice independent coffee shops in Brixton Market and little trendy wine bars.

Friday nights all the rage.

Just around the corner is Electric Avenue.

I have taken many a walk along Electric Avenue.

There's always an open-air market along that street.

You can pick up all your Caribbean delicacies.

The name of a famous song written by Eddie Grant,

Electric Avenue.

I'm gonna rock down to Electric Avenue then we take it higher.

Oh I'm gonna rock down to Electric Avenue then we take it higher.

Back to the beautiful lullaby of the Underground Train.

There is also the Brixton Academy,

Now known as the O2 Academy.

We just had some amazing music artists perform there.

Even Madonna.

The history around this Underground Train stop is very educational and it is a great place to visit.

Oh look how many people are getting off.

We must be going to visit the Queen.

Or maybe somewhere to have some afternoon tea.

Oh look at that guy who just got on.

What a lovely suit he has on.

He must be from the Financial District.

Suited and booted as they say.

Lovely briefcase and umbrella.

We all know how we should always walk with something to protect you from the typical British weather.

I heard an English saying once that you should dress for all four seasons in one day because you will encounter them all.

Oh where are we now?

Looks like a few stops after Finsbury Park.

Well Finsbury Park has a beautiful and really big park.

They have had a lot of summer festivals there.

In recent years they've seen the likes of Drake,

Liam Gallagher,

Stormzy,

Queen of the Stone Age and many many others.

I've been lucky to have been there a few times to see some live concerts myself.

For all those fashion fans out there if you go now Fonthill Road you can catch yourself a bargain.

Fashion and Finsbury Park have been synonymous for many years.

The street has a long history as one of the city's fashion districts and is lined with a range of boutiques,

Bridal shops,

Discount outlets and wholesale.

In Finsbury Park there is also a beautiful nature reserve.

Well worth a visit.

So a few more stops to go and on to Oxford Circus our final stop of the trip.

Oxford Street famous for unrivaled shopping experiences.

Located in the city of Westminster in the west end of London.

From Tottenham Court Road to Marble Arch via Oxford Circus Oxford Street is one of the Europe's busiest shopping streets where half a million visitors visit daily to approximately 300 shops.

It's a shopping heaven to the more discerning palette.

So I hope you have had a nice trip.

Maybe we will check out a few more stations on the way back.

Bye for now.

Does anyone even know what happens at the end of these!? I can never make it further than 15minutes in haha I haven't been on insight in a few months so imagine my joy when I log in and you've uploaded a heap of new sleep stories!!! I will forever love the balance you find between background noise and your voice. Cannot recommend these enough, even on days after I've been staring at the ceiling for an hour trying to sleep these will calm and soothe me enough to be able to sleep. Thank you thank you thank you ❤️❤️❤️❤️

You are amazing. I listen to this meditation almost every night and I always fall asleep quickly. If I’m not sleeping , it’s still a wonderful story to listen to. Thanks for the amazing story JuneB!

I listen to your sleep stories often. I love your cadence and you really paint a picture. I really miss travelling these days...I loved London when I went a few years ago and I became a pro at taking the train! Sometimes I look up the places as you mention them and have a little adventure from my bed. Thank you for helping me to visit the world in my mind until I can get back to travelling! I appreciate you.

These sleep stories are so effective! I was having trouble getting my mind to turn off for the night and this session helped me quiet the thoughts and make it into sleep land. Thanks, JuneB!

Having lived in London for 8 years (and still travelling to London regularly), this is the first time I found the Underground so relaxing and cute 🤣! I was relaxed and fell asleep after Oxford Circus. The four seasons in one day thing made me laugh 😂, so true!! This is an amazing meditation! You are so innovative, JB! Your course on self-love was amazing too!!
