Sit in a comfortable position or lie down on the ground and take a deep breath in.
And allow your body to soften.
And completely relax and release your muscles,
Tendons,
Ligaments.
Let go of any control.
Your loved ones are safe.
You are safe.
It is safe to let go.
And be in this moment.
And be at peace.
Take a moment to feel gratitude within your heart,
Gratitude for this moment,
Gratitude for where you're at in your journey.
Ask for divine support in all you do.
Only thing you need to do is to ask.
Relax completely,
Letting go further and further.
You and everyone on this earth has something so very special to offer the world.
No matter what anyone has told you in the past,
They are beliefs that have been learned.
They can be unlearned and replaced with beliefs in alignment with your highest truth.
You are deserving of the very best no matter what you've been told in the past or what you've done in the past.
Acknowledge where you're at.
Observe what you're feeling in this very moment in your body.
Take notice of it.
Acknowledge it.
And train yourself not to judge it or resist it,
But simply allowing it to be there.
This may be difficult for certain emotions,
For deep wounds,
For deep hurt,
But be gentle upon yourself and observe what is there.
By doing so,
It will set you free.
Allow and allow and allow.
To reclaim what it means for you to be truly valuable,
It begins from within.
It begins by acknowledging your strengths and your weaknesses.
By knowing more of who you are,
You then become more resilient.
And no matter what anyone says,
You stand strong,
Unshaken by the outside world because you know you are so,
So valuable and so deeply appreciated.
You are so needed in this world.
You are a magnificent,
Powerful,
Amazing person.
It is okay to feel vulnerable,
To feel sad or angry or jealous.
All of these are part of the human experience.
They are there to expand your sense of love within yourself,
To shine the light onto your shadows in order for your soul to grow and to expand.
To feel valuable is a form of self-love,
The inner critic is quieted because nothing they say can shake your unwavering understanding of yourself.
Welcome in allowing and release resistance.
As you welcome in allowing,
Allow the muscles of your body to further relax,
To further welcome in the soft,
Warm and loving energy.
Know that in any moment you can choose to see yourself in a better light and to let go of any heavy criticism or any criticism at all.
You are enough and will always be enough.
No matter the situation,
You are innately worthy.
No one can take it away from you.
You can either repeat this out loud or within your mind.
I am enough just as I am.
I am enough just as I am.
All of the experiences that I've been through are all so valuable.
All that I feel is important and valid.
I am a powerful and magnificent human.
I support and love myself just as I am.
I love every aspect of myself.
I own up to my vulnerabilities.
It is okay to feel whatever I am feeling.
Whether it be anger,
Sadness,
Jealousy,
Guilt or shame.
It is okay to think whatever I am thinking.
I return back to the point of I am enough.
I am gentle towards myself.
I love myself just as I am.
I accept my strengths and flaws.
It is okay for me to feel the way I feel.
Now sit with these affirmations,
Feeling into them.
Using the breath to instill these affirmations within your being.
Through the exhale,
Releasing and letting go a sense of lack and what is not serving your highest good.
And through the inhale,
Welcoming into your life,
Into every cell of your body,
Abundance on all levels.
Inhaling abundance and exhaling a sense of lack.
Now think of some things that you like about yourself.
For example,
Hardworking,
Unique,
Resilient,
Talented,
Calm,
Amazing.
You can think of one,
Two or three things.
And after this meditation,
Take the time to think of some things that you really admire about yourself.
And remember,
You have something so valuable that no one else has.
The truth is,
You have always been enough.
And whenever you need an affirmation to uplift you,
Say within your mind or out loud,
I am enough just as I am.
Thank you so much for listening and thank you for your presence.
