The aim for this meditation is to let go of any thoughts or tensions and being here right now.
As a result,
You'll feel relaxed,
Refreshed and more positive about life.
To start off with,
I want you to get in a comfortable position.
It's up to you where that is.
Just try and keep your back nice and straight so you're in an awake position and therefore ready and ready to close your eyes.
As you're sitting here,
Let go of all the things you think you need to do that are playing on your mind at the moment.
Just be aware of the present moment.
Just be here right now.
Give the right now,
The present moment,
Your fullest attention and awareness.
Be aware but you're also calm and blissful.
So as you sit here in awareness,
You might become aware of thoughts,
Emotions or even sensations in the body.
Simply be aware of these.
Watch them.
See them come and go.
Don't follow your thoughts.
When thoughts arise,
You don't need to push them out actively.
Just let them go easily and naturally,
Feeling the natural flow within you.
Just like clouds passing above you.
Don't follow clouds.
Just be aware of the present moment and anything present in your body or mind.
No need to evaluate it.
Just let it come and go naturally.
Just here right now.
Perhaps there are sensations in your body.
Be aware of them in this moment without wanting to change anything.
Don't be itching your legs or your head or anything like that.
Just fully feel what is here right now.
Acceptance and joy of being alive.
