This guided meditation is a great way to prepare for an interview, a meeting, a date, or any important communication you want to make (personal of professional). By preparing in advance, you can address any misapprehension, fear, worry, projection, and other unwanted emotions that you might otherwise carry with you during the communication and which could limit your capacity to listen, hear, and speak optimally and in harmony with others. By 'rehearsing' your communications, you improve them and you can become more present, aware, and receptive and thus listen and communicate more optimally at the most important moment. This meditation uses visualization, imagery, internal dialogue, and energy in order to create a shift in consciousness that will enable you to be more relaxed, at peace, and positively prepared for any important event or communication you make in the future.Β

This meditation is intended to help you improve your communication skills,

Whether that be in a personal relationship,

Or a work relationship,

Or a new relationship as in an interview for instance,

A sales meeting,

A management meeting,

Any aspect of communication where you want to be able to communicate clearly,

In a concise manner,

And in a way that is in the highest and best good of all participants.

Begin by making a list of any communications,

Any interactions that you've had in the past where you have felt ungrounded,

Anxious,

Maybe stressed,

And where you've experienced difficulties communicating with somebody else as a result.

Making this list will help you become aware of any specific types of relationships or situations that trigger you into a state of anxiety or stress or worry,

So that you can improve the situation,

You can improve your communication.

After you've made this list,

Take some time to think about the things that came up in prior communication.

Any fears,

Any concerns,

Any projections,

Any interpretations that were made that made it difficult for you to communicate optimally in this situation.

Being aware of these different challenges can help you address them one by one preemptively and proactively,

So that going forward you can have really grounded,

Facilitative,

And clear communication channels with others.

Begin by closing your eyes,

Finding a place of comfort,

Relaxing your body from the top of your head all the way down to your toes.

Make sure that you're in a quiet place where no one will disturb you.

Now with your eyes closed,

Imagine or visualize or feel yourself in any situation,

Any communication that you're wanting to have with someone,

As if it was happening right now.

As you keep your eyes closed and you continue to imagine or visualize or feel this situation,

This communication,

Allow yourself to get in touch with your different senses.

Maybe you'll feel yourself or you'll feel the person.

You'll become aware of different visual aspects,

Maybe the room that you're in,

Sounds,

Scents.

Anything that enhances the quality of your experience,

Becoming aware of all these different elements in this situation,

In this communication with the person of your choice.

Now as you visualize this situation,

This communication,

Visualize it as you intend it with the result that you intend to have during this communication.

And focus on how you feel.

Focus unconsciously on the feelings and emotions that come up as you are in the midst of communicating with this person.

If you find it difficult to visualize,

You can just imagine,

You can have words like a narrative of what is happening and get in touch with the feelings,

Allowing yourself to have the experience in any way that you choose to.

As you use this technique or any other visualization technique in the future,

You will find that your visualization skills and the specific part of your brain that it uses will become easier and easier to access and will improve over time.

So be patient with yourself,

Whether you see or do not see,

There are many ways in which you can have this experience,

Especially at the level of sensations and feelings.

Focus on that.

Now continue to get in touch with all the things you want to share with this person.

The situation and what you are wanting to achieve from the situation.

Focus on the feelings that you feel internally.

As you continue to create the movie in your mind,

Whether it's visual or in any other way of the situation the communication unfolding right now.

Whatever you experience,

Simply feel it.

Connecting to your intention for optimal communication between you and this person and letting go of anything that is not in alignment with that.

Focus on what you want to unfold,

Rather than what you don't want.

You're not forcing this focus,

You're just simply letting go of any other ways in which you might focus on what you don't want or try to control that and allowing for what you want to be the primary focus to just emerge from the field of consciousness as you relax around it as you choose it over and over again.

You're not trying to avoid anything,

You're not trying to avoid the pain of what you don't want,

You're simply choosing what you want.

You're creating the reality,

The situation,

The communication as you want it in the present moment.

You're choosing to focus positively on the communication that you want and the feelings that it brings you,

The feelings of peace,

Serenity,

Joy,

Connection.

Now continue imagining the kind of conversation that you're having at a very,

Very deep level,

At the level of your soul,

Of your spirit.

Words come easy when we connect at that level.

To help you achieve this focus,

You may bring your awareness,

Your consciousness at the back of your heart and from there observing yourself observing the person observing the communication and intending for all the words,

For all the energy that emanates from you to them and from them to you to flow from your heart into their heart and from their heart into your heart.

A loving,

Kind,

Accepting,

Forgiving communication that focuses on the highest and best good of you and this other person.

A communication that doesn't involve stress,

Anxiety,

Blame,

Competition or anything that is normally involved in ego dynamics.

A soulful communication between you and this person,

Where no matter what,

You can always find a way forward,

Working for the highest and best good of you and this person.

You might notice that this communication is very fast,

There's no thought involved in it.

If you find yourself thinking or if you find old memories popping up into your consciousness,

Allow them to dissolve.

Realize that any recordings from the past,

Any memories from the past,

Would limit you to past situations,

Past circumstances and that you are right now choosing to co-create a communication in the present moment,

Something that's never been said,

That's never been done,

That you are creating.

Realize any resistance to letting go of the memories,

To letting go of the images or recordings from the past and allow them to dissolve as you continue to focus on creating the communication that you want.

As you continue focusing in this way,

You might become aware of how you feel towards the person,

How they feel towards you,

How you feel towards yourself,

How they feel towards themselves.

Because you're very quiet right now and you can connect to that level,

To ways in which your words,

Your energy influences you,

Influences them and their words and energy influences you and influences them.

Connect to that and relax,

Peaceful,

Allow for anything negative to dissolve.

Continue to see the situation,

To focus on the outcomes that are in your highest and best good and their highest and best good,

Focusing on what you want to manifest.

Intending for positive results in every aspect of this communication and what you're wanting to create and to achieve.

As you continue to imagine the situation,

Enjoy the lightness,

The absence of thought,

Of judgement,

Of tension,

Blame,

Aggression,

Stress from your communication.

Everything goes smoothly and easily and in this space of consciousness,

You feel unconditional acceptance,

Love,

Compassion,

Patience and forgiveness for yourself and for the person that you're communicating with.

See everything unfolding just as you intended,

For you and for them.

Caring for yourself and caring for them.

Focusing to achieve the highest and best good for all participants in the communication.

Focusing on the wonderful feelings,

The wonderful emotions that come up as you visualize and create this situation,

This communication as you want it to unfold.

And when you're ready,

However long it takes you to complete this visualization,

You can slowly begin to come back,

Deepen your breath,

Wiggle your fingers and your toes and awakening,

Opening your eyes,

Feeling good,

Feeling great,

Feeling empowered about your communication.

You may if you wish take some time to journal about this situation,

To journal about the things that came up,

Any challenges,

Any misapprehension,

Any fear about this communication so that you can work towards releasing them with any release technique such as the one that we offer on our website or any other technique such as the Sedona technique,

A method of releasing stress,

Beliefs,

Fears,

Anxiety so that you can be fully prepared for the communication,

The situation that you were envisioning and move forward positively in your relationships.

I ended up focusing on one relationship that I have been struggling with in my head. It felt good to forgive myself and them for our miscommunication, we ended with a hug which was really niceπŸ’• thank you for this πŸ™ hoping this will help how the future relationship enfolds as well as the way I see it in my headπŸ‘
