In this moment I choose positive energy. The energy of wisdom, health, strength, beauty, kindness, and joy. I choose to fill my energy field with these qualities. This energy shapes the molecules atoms cells of my body. My life experience is infused with these qualities. This energy shapes the material world all around me.
