In this first lesson, I will introduce you to the idea of transgenerational trauma. This concept is key to understanding the source of your phobia. With that in mind, you can slowly claim more space for yourselves. Phobias are modifications of our DNA, something we received, or not. Recognizing that they can be disengaged is the first step I invite you to take.

Meet The Phobia You Wish To Let Go
In this lesson, you will choose the phobia you want to release. We will use the wolf as a symbol of this fear. Breathing will be our anchor, helping you feel safe as you turn inward for this unique reunion with your phobia.

Let's Explore Your Family Tree
This lesson is focused on exploration. I invite you to examine your family history. Within the branches of your family tree may lie the source of your phobia. Your inner wolf is waiting for you to provide clues that will help it find its way back to where it truly belongs.
Lección 4
It's Time To Release Your Phobia And Claim Your Space
In this final lesson, you will send your fears back to where they belong. During this last visualization, your wolf awaits you to guide him. Together, you will take a peaceful walk in a forest where the last step of this journey will take place.
