In this course, you'll learn about what it means to be an empath, why it can be a setback if you don't have proper boundaries in place, and how you can embrace this gift as a superpower instead. You'll also receive tips and strategies for protecting your energy, self-care rituals, setting and committing to clear boundaries in relationships, and yoga and meditation practices that can support you as a highly sensitive person. You'll leave this course feeling empowered and clear about how to move forward as an empath, feeling calm and present during challenging situations when you have no control over the people and energies in your space. This course is a must for anyone who resonates (or is curious to learn more) as a highly sensitive person or empath and for anyone who feels drained or fatigued from spending their time and energy taking care of others before themselves.

Lección 1
Are You An Empath?
Do you feel way more tuned into the feelings of the people around you? Are you curious about the difference between being an empath and having empathy towards someone else? This session will help you understand what it means to be an empath, help you recognize whether you are one, and teach you why being an empath is a superpower, not a setback.
Lección 2
Signs & Indications
Dive further in depth into three main indications that you are an empath. We will follow with a guided self-reflection exercise to support you with gaining a more clear understanding of how being an empath has affected you recently.
Lección 3
Protecting Your Energy
Learn about protective strategies that you can implement before entering a sensitive or vulnerable situation that could be challenging for an empath. Not only to protect yourself in the moment, but also to proactively protect yourself before absorbing the energy around you.
Lección 4
Self-Care Rituals
Receive information and tips around self-care, specifcally for empaths. Learn how to replenish your energy with supportive tools and strategies when you feel drained or overwhelmed.
Lección 5
Setting Boundaries & Healthy Relationships
Building healthy relationships through setting clear limits and boundaries is a crucial piece to becoming an empowered empath. In this lesson, we'll talk about why setting boundaries can be extra challenging for empaths, how to take the first steps in setting your own boundaries to preserve your energy, and what happens in your relationships when you set and commit to healthy boundaries versus when you don't.
Lección 6
Travel For Empaths
Traveling as an empath can take a little extra planning and effort in order to ease anxiety and overwhelm. In this session, you'll gain a better understanding of how to mentally and physically prepare for upcoming travel, what to avoid, and what to include in situations that are out of your control in the airport, hotel room, and with a travel partner. I'll also share tips on how to maintain your physical health while on the road which will keep you less susceptible to absorbing the energies around you.
Lección 7
Yoga & Meditation
In the final session, you'll receive guidance around what yoga and meditation practices could be best for you as an empath, depending on what you're going through. We'll also talk about the importance of consistency with these practices, how they can benefit you as a highly sensitive person and why many people tend to give up on a regular yoga or meditation practice too soon.

Thank you for this thoughtful course with so many helpful ideas. I find putting a white energy shield around me to protect from negative energy helpful, will also try the rose idea that seems helpful as well. I love meditating daily and love your yoga course. I find yoga so grounding but still fall off sticking to a routine daily...
