This course is truly a lifeboat in a stormy sea. As a 73 year old retired nurse, I so wish I had found this decades ago! But it’s never too late to do some self healing from the stresses that life throws at us. Nice to know I can revisit this as needed. Many thanks. 🙏🏻 ☯️💚🪷

I use my daily runs as meditation. Today, I came across this course and binged on it. Glad I did. New mantra. Island of peace in a sea of chaos.
