Whenever you're ready,
Find yourself in a comfortable position.
You can be seated,
Laying down,
Or even standing if it's comfortable for you.
Be sure to find symmetry in the body,
With the arms and the legs,
And ensure you have a supported neck,
Spine,
And knees.
Go ahead and close your eyes.
Become aware of your breathing.
Become aware of your body.
As you are becoming aware of your body,
Allow yourself to take up space.
Allow yourself to feel the weight of your body,
The space of your body,
The energy.
As you are tapping into the energy of your body,
Your aura,
Allow yourself to feel the warmth.
You might feel buzzing or tingling.
Continue to feel your energy as you shift your awareness from the top of your head to the bottom of your feet.
Now with your attention in the bottom of your feet,
I want you to feel this space.
Feel your energy opening up in this space.
As you connect with the bottom of your feet and the earth below you,
I want you to visualize a white light,
White roots sourcing from the earth,
Growing into the bottom of your feet.
This white light is shining up from your feet,
Into the legs,
Anchoring in your hips,
Flowing into the belly,
The chest,
Through the arms and out your fingertips,
And out through the top of the head.
With this white light shining through you as you are connected to the earth,
I want you to stay in this energy for a few moments.
Continue to breathe and continue to be aware of the way your body feels in this space.
And whenever you're ready,
I would like you to shift your awareness again.
Now visualizing your energy pouring into the earth,
Creating a downward current,
Visualizing a bright white light from the top of your head,
Shining out through the bottom of your feet and into the earth below you,
Giving yourself permission to plant roots exactly where you are now,
To grow and blossom exactly where you are now.
There is no need to change or alter.
You are exactly where you are meant to be now.
Continue to breathe into the space,
Continue to visualize your energy pouring into the earth.
Now for a few moments,
I want you to visualize the roots you are planting,
The person you're becoming,
The places you are going,
And trust that you are already there right now,
Here in this space.
All you need to do is allow yourself to be present enough to grow.
You have always been supported by the universe,
Even up until now.
It is safe for you to relax.
It is safe for you to care for yourself now.
I would like for you to repeat after me.
I am grounded and centered in my purpose.
I am abundant and secure in my physical reality.
I am divinely supported.
I am divinely protected.
And I am divinely blessed.
Now to ground yourself throughout the day,
I would like for you to repeat this practice.
We are going to breathe four deep grounding breaths with each breath,
Completing one side of a square.
With the inhale,
Completing one side of the square,
The exhale,
Completing another,
And your next two breaths,
Completing the square entirely.
Now let's ground ourselves together.
In through the nose,
Completing one side of the square,
And out through the mouth,
Completing another.
Breathing until the square is complete.
