This is another panic attack relief meditation designed for SOS situations where you're feeling overwhelmed and need calming down. We need to remember that panic attacks are a physiological reaction, something you can't control. So what can we control? We can control how we respond to what's going on in our body. In this instance, we turn to love.

When I'm in a very high pressured situation and I'm panicking,

I realise that I need to turn to love.

Love is the most powerful technique that you can tap into in order for you to feel more relaxed in an overwhelming situation.

So what I want you to do right now is imagine your family and friends smiling at you.

You're not alone and when you realise you're not alone,

It will help you feel so much better in yourself.

Imagine your parents smiling,

Imagine your friends smiling,

Your siblings smiling,

Family members smiling,

People who care for you.

Imagine their faces lit up and happy for you.

They're happy about everything that you have achieved in your life so far.

What's overwhelming you right now really is insignificant in the grand scheme of things.

When you look at your life as a whole,

Remind yourself of your accomplishments.

Feel self-love for everything you have done.

Think of the small acts of kindness.

Think of your education achievements.

Think of your moments of strength and accomplishment.

You really have a life full of love and that love is your power.

When you are feeling overwhelmed,

Tap into all that love because that's all that really matters.

Everything else is all just smoke and mirrors,

An illusion.

Fear only exists from your thoughts of the future.

It's the what-ifs that are happening in your mind.

When you can refocus back to the things that really matter,

Like the love in your life,

The present moment here and now,

Then you'll tap into that underlying nature of love which will soothe your soul.

Breathe easy now.

Worrying about this problem is not going to help solve it.

Go forward and realise that the situation that you are in right now is only a moment in time.

If you begin to feel overwhelmed again at any point in the day,

Just remind yourself of the smiling faces of the people who love you and your accomplishments.

And the situation won't be quite so overwhelming because the very fabric of the universe is love.
