Welcome to this moment of stillness.

It's time to let the day slip away and surrender to the soft,

Quiet embrace of night.

Close your eyes and allow your body to sink into your bed,

Cradled by the earth,

Safe and still.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in,

And gently let it out.

With each breath,

Imagine you're drawing in moonlight,

Cool,

Calming and quiet,

And as you exhale,

You release the day,

Let it go.

Above you,

The moon rises,

Full and bright.

She casts a silver glow across the world,

Softening the edges of everything she touches.

She watches without judgement,

She holds the night with quiet wisdom.

Breathe in her light,

Let it flow into you like a gentle tide.

Cooling the heat of your thoughts,

Soothing your body from the inside out.

Now imagine you are outside,

Under a vast night sky.

The stars are scattered like diamonds.

The moon is high above,

Glowing just for you.

You feel her gentle light touch your skin.

A calm,

Silvery warmth.

Soft,

Quiet and timeless.

You lie beneath her,

Wrapped in her radiance.

The air is still,

The world is hushed.

Only the quiet rhythm of your breath remains.

The moon has seen lifetimes pass.

She has watched over oceans and mountains,

Animals and forests,

Lovers and dreamers,

And now she watches over you.

She asks nothing from you,

Only that you rest,

To let go of everything that came before this moment,

To breathe,

To be.

Feel your body soften beneath her light.

Your forehead smooth,

Your jaw loose,

Your shoulders melt into the bed,

Your arms,

Your hands completely relaxed.

Let this moonlight travel through your body,

Down your spine and into your legs and out through your toes.

You are completely at peace.

There is nothing more to do,

Nothing to fix,

And nothing to carry.

You are safe beneath the moon.

You are loved by the night.

You are drifting gently into dreams.

Feel yourself floating,

Held in a silver sky,

The moon above,

And sleep all around you.

Breathe in peace,

And breathe out rest.
