Hello and welcome to this guided meditation session.
In this session we are going to be going on a guided journey together through a beautiful woodland.
So first of all I want you to get comfortable.
You can either sit cross-legged or with your legs out.
There's no preference to how you are right now,
You can just be comfortable.
Once you're feeling comfortable I want you to begin by breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.
And once again this is all about comfort,
Not going to guide you with your breathing.
I just want you to simply breathe in as much as you can through your nose and then breathe out as much as you can,
But not overdoing it.
Just in a nice relaxed way.
I want you to continue this breathing just for a little while.
Breathe easy.
Okay so now return to just regularly relaxed breathing.
What I want you to do is close your eyes,
Focus on what you can hear around you right now,
Let the sound around you ground you in the present moment.
Feel this moment and let it make you feel relaxed,
Content and at peace.
Now I want you to visualize as I take you on this guided journey.
You're walking towards the edge of a woodland.
Above you the sun is shining down,
Only a few white clouds in the sky,
Mainly a blue sky.
There's long grass beneath you.
It's summertime so all the flowers are out.
You can see daisies,
Tulips,
Buttercups,
All kinds of different wild flowers.
And you can smell those flowers in the air,
They're so fragrant.
Each individual flower letting out its own individual fragrance.
Which kind of gives you a feeling of nostalgia that brings you back to certain moments in your life,
That makes you feel that way.
You start walking towards the edge of the woodland and eventually take a step into the woodland.
The sun is still beaming through the gaps in the trees.
You can see the sun shining through the leaves and as you look up at the leaves in the trees above you,
You can see how they were made.
You can see their stems and the way they branch out to the edge of the leaf.
And it reminds you of life itself.
Life branches out like a leaf.
It begins from one source and it grows out exponentially to create diversity and beauty.
And you are a part of this beauty.
And as you look up at these leaves,
It gives you a feeling of pride.
Feeling of contentment.
A realization that you are a part of this powerful circle of life,
Of growth.
Let that feeling overwhelm your body.
Feel great in this moment.
You continue walking through the woodland and as you do you can feel a gentle breeze against your face.
This brings a tingling sensation down your spine,
Which engulfs your whole body.
You feel tingling sensations in your toes,
In your fingers,
And everywhere in your body.
And you realize this is a very spiritual place.
This woodland is alive and full of life and you are a part of that life.
You continue walking and you notice a river to the right view.
You can hear the river flowing.
This also brings you peace.
It makes you aware of your surroundings a little bit more.
More focused.
You feel more switched on now,
In the moment.
Truly grounded and present.
You can hear all the individual noises the water's making as it hits different rocks,
As it traverses through the soil,
As it touches the edge of the bank.
And I want you to imagine that river like it's your life.
A starting point,
A flow of energy which creates so much.
Every part of that river is individual.
There's nothing the same.
As it moves in between different rocks and different crevices,
Your life is like the river,
One big adventure.
Completely ever-changing and never the same.
This reminds you of how much your life has changed over the years and how you've adapted to it.
This gives you a real feeling of hope for the future and it's a reminder of your strength and everything you have overcame so far.
Feel strong in this moment.
You continue walking beside the river.
All of a sudden you see a little gap in the trees where the light is shining through and a rabbit runs through that gap and it's almost like an invitation for you to follow it.
So you do.
You walk through the gap in the trees,
You come to a new part of a meadow that you've never seen before.
And everything's so colorful and vibrant and bright and beautiful.
Use your imagination now to create an image of this meadow in your mind.
I won't describe it to you because this is all about the creativity of your mind now.
And as you see this meadow emerging in your mind,
I want you to remind yourself of your creativity.
This is the part of your mind where ideas come from.
Where you are able to manifest something from nothing into this reality.
We were all born artists and I want that to inspire you as you look at this meadow.
Feel hopeful,
Inspired and motivated in this moment.
Now I want you to take a sit down in this meadow and spend a couple of minutes just feeling the energy from it.
The spiritual energy is going to help you feel rejuvenated,
Fresh and fantastic.
You you you you Okay,
I want you to slowly just come back into the room.
Open your eyes and just look at the room around you or wherever you're meditating.
Just refocus on what's around you.
I hope after this session you're feeling rejuvenated,
Strong,
Confident,
Empowered and ready to take on whatever it is that you have to do next.
