Emma Corbett

Emma is a published author and qualified teacher in Purna, Rocket and Yin Yoga as well as Yoga Nidra. She is one of the lead trainers on Sukha Mukha's 200 hour Yoga Teacher Trainings and also facilitates mindfulness, yoga and meditation sessions in corporate environments. She is currently working as a Retreat Host at the Billabong Retreat Centre in North-Western Sydney.

What a refreshing 10 Minutes. Very clearly and efficiently guided. I will return to this practice often to recharge and reset when I don’t have much time. 🙏❤️

Spoken with a air of purpose and efficiency, this is a good one for getting started first thing in the morning. My favorite parts are No music, naming the digits as index, middle, ring finger and little finger; rather than numbering them, which always confuses me because people do it differently. I also liked the line down the middle of the body dividing left and right. Distinctly separating body parts. Altogether very relaxing and centering. Held my attention well.
