Emma is a published author and qualified teacher in Purna, Rocket and Yin Yoga as well as Yoga Nidra. She is one of the lead trainers on Sukha Mukha's 200 hour Yoga Teacher Trainings and also facilitates mindfulness, yoga and meditation sessions in corporate environments.
