So,
As you settle in here,
Finding the position that feels most comfortable for you today.
Adjusting anything that needs adjusting.
Maybe having a stretch if you need to,
And allowing the body to settle into a comfortable position.
Letting the shoulders fall away from the ears,
Letting the arms be heavy as they start to relax,
Bringing awareness to the muscles in the face and the jaw,
And inviting all of those muscles to soften,
Tongue relaxing into the floor of the mouth,
And perhaps taking some deep cleansing breaths here,
Breathing in through the nostrils deep into the belly,
And gently sighing out if that feels okay for you today.
Breathing,
As you release and let go,
Connecting with the breath,
Feeling the breath,
And noticing whatever it is that you feel in this moment,
Making space for anything that arises.
As you continue to breathe,
And if the mind feels super busy,
You could even do a few rounds of tapping here if you wish to,
Otherwise just letting the breath be your anchor for the present moment,
As you drop out of the head,
Into the breath,
Into the body,
That new energy flowing into the body,
Easing,
There is nothing that is needed in this moment,
So giving yourself permission to create this breathing space in your day,
Just to be here,
Just to be present,
Just to breathe,
And inviting you to bring awareness to your heart space now,
Feeling the energy down,
And very gently,
Softly asking these questions of your inner wisdom,
Your higher guidance,
You might ask yourself this,
If anything and everything was truly possible,
If I could create my own reality,
And having this deep knowing is already in vibrational existence,
In my vibrational vortex,
In the quantum field,
It already exists,
It's queued up and waiting for me,
To let myself feel more ease,
As I raise my vibration,
So just breathing here,
Feeling the breath gently flowing in,
And finding ease,
Nothing to make happen,
It's already done,
And taking a few more breaths here,
As you bring awareness back into the body,
Becoming aware of your hands,
And when you feel ready,
Gently opening your eyes,
And coming back into the room.
