Reconnect To Your Breath

With Emil Nylander

We were all born with a beautiful breath that gave us almost an infinite amount of energy. Our entire body, every cell, breathed. Then, life happens and we adopt dysfunctional breathing habits. We forget what it's like to have an undistorted, unrestricted breath that supports us in whatever activity we are doing rather than works against us. In this mini course we learn about our magnificent breath, how it works and how it affects us on so many levels. We also practice self reflection and cultivate breath awareness in order to get to know our own breath and strengthen our relationship to it. Through that we get so many benefits on a physical, emotional, mental and potentially spiritual level.

Meet your Teacher

Emil Nylander's passion for spreading the art of breathwork derives from the transformational impact it has had on him. Starting out in his living room following guided sessions he immediately noticed the potential it had. Years later, he is now certified as a breathwork, yoga, pranayama and meditation guide with a mission to share the power of the breath and breathwork with as many people as possible.
