Welcome dear friends to this breathwork session.
My name is Emil and I will be guiding you.
In this one we're gonna do five minutes of one of my favorite breathwork techniques is called coherent breathing in which we create a perfect balance between our in-breath and out-breath.
So we're creating a state of coherence in our body in the connection between our heart and the brain and we also get to a state which I can feel is close to a flow state.
So we breathe in to five seconds and we breathe out to five seconds creating that perfect wave.
What I love about this technique is that you can do it anywhere.
I usually do it on the subway and you can do it in front of the computer,
In the shower or whenever you feel that longing to balance your system,
To calm down and to find focus.
So let's begin.
We simply follow the bells breathing in and out through the nose.
So as the bells begin we breathe in and breathing out all the way until the bell rings again.
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
In,
In and out.
Just keep on following the bells breathing in and out through the nose preferably.
And wonderfully done.
Five minutes have passed and you can let go of all control over the breath and just see how you experienced this technique.
