Tonight is a perfect night to relax.

This moment is beautiful and perfect.

My body is here and ready to drift off into a deep,

Nurturing sleep.

I take a deep breath in through the nose.

I exhale a refreshing release through my mouth with a sigh.

I do this again,

Inhaling.

And exhaling.

This is the perfect moment for me to begin relaxing.

I create a bubble around my bed tonight as I sleep of loving,

Nurturing,

Deeply restful energy that will hold me,

That will heal me,

And that will allow me to feel deeply safe to drift off into a beautiful sleep.

I feel the softness of the blankets and the sheets around my skin.

I feel the weight of the blanket,

Allowing the weight of the blanket to calm my body.

I feel the softness of the pillow under my head,

The wonderful feeling on my neck,

The support of my neck,

The weightlessness of my body as it begins to feel heavier in the bed.

I take a deep breath in.

I exhale with a sigh.

I take a deep breath in.

I exhale.

This moment is the perfect moment for me to relax and drift off into a healing,

Nurturing sleep.

I allow my brain to find closure in the day.

I trust my mind,

My emotions,

And my body to support me in the morning,

To being renewed,

To facing tomorrow with courage,

With vision,

With joy,

With curiosity,

And in knowing that the day's tasks,

That the flow of the day,

I can rest in trust.

Every day I am building trust in myself.

By listening to this meditation,

I am building trust and love.

I allow my heart to smile.

Feeling the smile from the heart permeate through every capillary,

Moving through the entire circulation of my body.

I allow the heart smile to move through all the lymph,

Washing,

Cleansing all my organs,

All my connective tissues with a deep,

Deep sense of love,

Of rest.

I take a deep breath in.

And I smile.

All that is in my highest interest,

Fill my room tonight.

Let the environment support my sleep.

Let my bed and my intention support a deep rest all the way to the cellular and soul level,

Letting me wake up refreshed and loving.
