Breathe in and out and welcome the new day.

Honor this moment.

Breathe gently and as you do,

Feel the sensation of the breath going in and out.

You can choose to feel it in your belly,

Your chest or your nose and mouth.

Stay with the breath and sensations of the breath for a little while.

Now bring your attention to what you can be grateful for in your life.

You can think of possessions that bring you joy or people that have made you laugh recently.

Use a simple thing at a time and see if you can feel gratitude filling you as you think of it.

Thank yourself for showing up and being here for you.

Smile from the heart.

Take a moment to feel the sensations in your body and the perceptions of sound,

Touch,

Sight if your eyes are open and smell.

If there are any sore or painful areas or anxiety or stress,

Thank your body for communicating with you and for functioning as best it could with what it was given.

Accept where you are now.

Where your body is now.

Healing is a result of a series of many moments of healing and this one moment is more important than any other because it is the one you are experiencing now.

Smile from the heart.

Continue to breathe gently as you go on a journey of life.

This visualization will help you see the bigger picture during life's ups and downs and ebbs and flows.

Putting the intention in the future will empower your change.

It will give you permission to go through life and accept where you are at each point.

You are a field of pure potential.

You have a desire to heal,

To feel happiness and joy,

To feel peace.

You are taking steps to do just that.

Your brain is malleable.

Your body,

Your habits,

Your belief systems and thoughts,

Your general dispositions are all malleable.

You are a field of pure potential in this moment.

There are moments where you may feel excited and really motivated about life.

Breathe.

The shift is happening.

There are moments where your motivation wanes and you feel disappointment.

Breathe.

The shift is happening.

Everything you have done to sow a seed,

Watch it grow into a seedling,

Watering it,

Feeding it,

Letting it bask in the sun,

Has made a shift in the direction of living your life to the fullest.

Maybe you didn't do something you wanted to start doing or you continued to do things you wish you didn't.

Change sometimes happens quickly,

But sometimes it takes time to go through a shift.

If you are behaving in ways your old self behaved,

Accept this too,

Because it is just an old pattern still playing itself out.

The shift is happening.

Breathe.

Ask a part of yourself to believe even if you cannot see it.

One day releasing the old seems so easy and wonderful.

You feel relaxed and relieved.

And another day you hold onto the old as if your life depends on it.

Ask that part of you to believe that you are changing,

That the change is now.

No matter what you see on the outside or playing out in your life,

Ask a part of yourself to forgive you.

Your feelings are wonderful and strong now.

They may not be later.

Accept where you are now.

Breathe.

Adding stress or worry adds to any suffering your body experiences.

Yes,

You ate the eighth brownie.

Forgive your old pattern and belief systems that are slowly being transformed by your new way of being.

Breathe.

Accept where you are.

You meditated again and felt a feeling of well-being.

Breathe.

Be there when you are feeling joy.

It is shifting your way of being.

Tell yourself it is happening.

You are alive.

You are human.

Accept the moment as it is.

Bring your focus back to your inner body and feel the aliveness.

Smile from the heart.

Let the warm glow disperse through your body.

Gently roll over to one side and raise yourself into a seated position with your head hanging heavy as you have the last two weeks.

Then gently raise your head and breathe in and out audibly.

Listen to what your body wants and make movements and other gentle stretches that your body feels it wants to make.

Gently rise and as you do raise your arms with your hands stretched out wide like the letter Y,

Lifting your face to the sky and smile any way you like,

Outwardly or inwardly or both.

To transition into your day,

Gently think about what you will do now or later today and imagine yourself accepting those moments as they are.

Breathe.

Accept this moment.

Smile from the heart.

Thank you and peace be with you.
