Good morning.
Take a deep breath in through the nose and exhale with a sigh through your mouth.
Relax your jaw,
Drop your shoulders.
Find a comfortable spot to lie down or be in a seated position with your spine in a calm position,
Ideally straight with your chest open and an ease of breathing.
Take a deep breath in.
Exhale and relax twice as much.
Imagine smiling from your heart center.
Imagine as you feel the smile fill your chest,
That you feel the smile and the heart energy move all the way down your arms to your hands and palms.
Imagine you can feel a tingling sensation.
Imagine that this tingling sensation is your heart energy filled with love and compassion for yourself.
Notice your breathing.
Breathe in.
As you exhale,
Once again,
Relax the muscles on your face.
And then take your hands filled with loving energy and place them anywhere on your body that you want to give yourself extra love today.
It might be right back to your heart space.
You might place your hands on your belly,
On a part of your body that you just want to send love to,
Maybe your face,
Your other hand,
Anywhere that feels like it needs it,
Like it will welcome it,
Invite it.
And feel the connection to this space for yourself.
This moment is perfect because it is exactly what it is right now.
Open your energy and invite the day,
The newness of today into your experience.
Invite in a sense of curiosity,
Of joy,
Of wonder.
Open to the potential that you have in this moment.
Breathe in through the nose.
And as you exhale through the mouth,
Feel your spine relax.
Notice how your body feels in this moment.
Notice the bottoms of your feet.
Notice how your palms feel.
Notice your breathing.
As you inhale,
Again,
Welcome in the new day.
Come in oxygen,
Filling your body with life energy.
As you exhale,
Without thinking about how,
Release the narratives.
Release any tension from the sleep.
Release any unnecessary thoughts or feelings.
When I say release,
I don't mean ignore or deny or invalidate.
When we release something,
We're releasing the power it has over us.
So the thought itself might not go away,
But the intensity of our reaction to the thought becomes calm and neutral and we're able to come to a space of noticing versus trying to push away.
So as you move through this day,
Have an awareness of things you would love to release and let go of.
Things you would love to release the intensity of your reaction around so that you don't,
You no longer move through life pushing against,
But rather you welcome in the newness.
You welcome in the potential and your accessibility to your own intuition and body wisdom.
And from this place,
You're able to navigate the challenges and the wonder with an ease and a sense of calm.
Notice how your body feels hearing these words.
Notice what resonated and notice what didn't resonate.
Take a deep breath in.
As you exhale,
Smile from the heart.
Notice your experience in this moment.
