Breathe in and out,
And welcome the new day.
Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth several times like the sound of the ocean waves.
Notice the moments of stillness between them.
Thank yourself for showing up and being here for you.
Let gratitude fill you,
And smile from the heart.
Take a moment to thank your body for all the reparations it underwent last night.
As you notice any sore or painful areas,
Or anxiety or stress,
Thank your body for communicating with you,
And for functioning as best it could with what it was given.
Accept where you are now,
Where your body is now.
Healing is a result of a series of moments of healing,
And this one moment is more important than any other because it is the one you are in now.
Bringing aspects of creativity through visualization is a wonderful and powerful healing technique.
Smile from the heart.
Now,
Breathe into an area of choice,
And imagine a white,
Bright light filling the area as you inhale.
Exhale audibly,
And release any negativity that you no longer need from that area.
You may not feel negative,
But just think about releasing whatever you don't need.
On every audible exhale,
Let the energy or negativity or stress just channel straight through your body and out your mouth.
On the next inhale,
Feel gratitude fill you again.
Smile from the heart.
Breathe gently as you listen.
We are all on a path of learning how to love,
To forgive,
To heal,
To live vibrantly.
So not having achieved this step of forgiveness or that step of joy is perfectly acceptable,
It's normal,
And even expected.
Every step of the way can be okay.
Having the intention to love yourself,
To forgive,
To be fully grateful,
Knowing that you may not completely understand how to do those things,
Is more than enough for now.
In fact,
It is a powerful step to be taken.
Being aware of your thoughts and feelings and accepting them as they are will not result in a contentment for mediocrity,
But in freedom,
In peace,
And in joy.
Accept this moment.
Each time you do,
That pathway is reinforced in your brain and with more and more repetition,
A new habit of thinking will be created,
A new habit of being.
Breathe.
Now imagine a bubble rising in front of you.
See the rainbow swirls,
Admire its beauty and ephemeral unassuming nature.
Imagine that this bubble is filled with joy.
When it gets up to about the height of the horizon,
The bubble pops.
Out of it,
The joy disperses in all directions,
Through you and everything around it,
And out and away,
Into the universe.
Now imagine another bubble and another here and there,
Rising up,
And with each pop,
Joy disperses outwards.
Some of the bubbles can be filled with laughter that is full of joy,
Not the type of joy that is in the appreciation of a flower,
Which is then trampled in the happiness with it.
But a laughter that is full of an understanding of all that the world entails,
Yet remains unchanged in its purity,
Its light.
It laughs with a belly full of love.
Make it lighthearted.
Make it sweet.
Enjoy the sound of laughter,
The beauty of each rainbow swirl.
Have the intention to accept any feeling that is incongruent with the joy.
Imagine the joy that washes through you,
Washes through that emotion too,
Which causes a shift that starts a cycle of complete transformation.
There can be a space of awareness around the emotion as it transforms,
And the joy can continue to wash over you.
Bring your focus back to your inner body and feel the aliveness.
Smile from the heart.
Let the warm glow disperse through your body.
Gently roll over to one side and raise yourself into a seated position with your head hanging heavy as you have the last two weeks.
Then gently raise your head and breathe in and out audibly.
Listen to what your body wants and make movements and other gentle stretches that your body feels it wants to make.
Gently rise and as you do,
Raise your arms with your hands stretched out wide like the letter Y,
Lifting your face to the sky and smile any way you like,
Outwardly or inwardly or both.
To transition into your day,
Gently think about what you will do now or later today and imagine yourself accepting those moments as they are.
Breathe.
Accept this moment.
Smile from the heart.
Thank you and peace be with you.
