This meditation leads you on a gentle exploration of time, space, breath, body, and mind as you come to a place of inner quietness. From this place, you are invited to allow peace to settle into your mind, heart, and body. There are four minutes of silence in the meditation for us to simply practice together. The meditation starts and ends with a soft bell… follow the sound of the bell with your listening and also with your awareness.
