Thank you for such a great talk! I’ve been finding this in my relationship recently, the way we always try to convince each other of our point of view, constantly trying to show each other what we mean/butting heads. I finally have given up because it’s so exhausting to communicate like that, I refuse to live like that any more. During lockdown being around each other 24/7 did something weird to our relationship but I’m recognizing the unwholesomeness now.
