In a year,
We'll do everything from freedom from the inner critic to building self-compassion,
Descending compassion to ancestors,
Processing any difficulties around parents,
Forgiving everyone.
That's what I call weeding the garden.
We'll clean space away,
Create new energy,
And then we'll plant new beautiful flowers in it.
And that's what we do with your meditation practice.
I want you to experience love without pain,
Friendship without expectations,
And your full potential.
And I want you to feel strong enough that you have that stability that you can take on anything that happens.
I don't want you to worry about the opinions of others,
The expectations of others,
Those people you blame,
Those people who do mean things.
That all happens.
But what I want you to focus on is your relationship with yourself and your connection with the universe as a whole.
So what I'm thinking about is how you feel on your very last day on this earth.
Are you thinking about those kids who didn't meet your expectations and your ex and those countries you didn't get to visit and that creative project you didn't try?
Or are you saying,
Wow,
That was an incredible adventure.
I loved and I connected to myself and I feel light.
And that was amazing.
And just let's see what's next.
That's my goal for you on your very last day.
