We are adopting a life philosophy that is as simple as it is revolutionary: we do not do things that hurt us. We recognize that physical pain is a massive drain on our energy, and we are choosing to stop trading our current well-being for the promise of feeling "better tomorrow." Whether it is the food we eat, the clothes we wear, or the way we exercise, we are moving away from the "no pain, no gain" mentality and toward the path of love and relaxation.

This will change your relationship to your body and it will make certain decisions super easy.

Don't do anything that makes you feel bad.

Don't eat foods that make you feel bad.

People who eat in a way that makes their body feel bad,

They're running away from life through food.

This is part of a larger life philosophy for me.

Don't do things that physically hurt you and bring you pain,

Period.

Pain takes a lot of energy.

Don't go to that massage parlor where they say,

I'm gonna give you a massage,

It'll hurt today,

You'll feel amazing tomorrow.

No,

I don't wear heels that hurt my body.

I don't wear clothes that feel bad on my skin.

I don't do painful skincare procedures.

I know that pain takes a lot of energy.

I do everything through love,

Through relaxation.

I don't understand painful waxing,

Training for marathons,

Running marathons that hurt while you run them and then your knees fall apart and your body falls apart.

Don't do anything that will hurt you.

That is self-compassion.

Don't do anything that hurts you and that causes you pain.

Instead,

Massages that feel good.

You could do challenging things,

But not things that are actually painful.

You can challenge yourself,

But don't do anything that causes you physical pain.

And don't eat foods that are bad for your body,

That hurt your body.

So the person who will hurt you the most in your life is probably you.

And the person who can do the most good for you in your life is also you.

So pick the path of always doing good,

Doing good,

Doing things with love to yourself.

And then you'll have so much love to share with other people.
