During this meditation you will enter a light meditative state and I will walk you through this simple process of releasing any extra emotional weight you may be carrying.
When you do this,
You make it easier for your body to then release any extra physical weight in a really gentle and natural way.
So to begin,
Get into a comfortable position,
Either sitting up or lying down,
And take three deep breaths into your body.
Breathe in,
And breathe out.
Breathe in,
And hold for a moment,
And release.
Breathe in,
And as you exhale just fully release and let go.
Now that you are relaxed,
Take a moment to just tune into your body and notice any feelings of heaviness or weight in your body.
Maybe just place a hand over that area of your body.
Next,
I want you to imagine that you can take this heaviness or this feeling of weight off of your body,
That you can remove it like a shirt.
So wherever you've located that feeling of weight or heaviness,
Just go ahead and take it off and throw it on the ground in front of you so you can see it.
And as you look at what you've taken off,
Allow yourself to see something that helps you identify who's this emotional weight is or what this emotional weight is about.
As you acknowledge and see this emotional weight that you were carrying,
Say to yourself,
I lovingly release and let this go.
This is not mine to carry anymore.
And then just imagine this weight,
This heaviness being transformed and lifted away by the universe in whatever way feels best and most natural to you.
And take a deep breath and just blow it out and let it go.
Next,
Fill your body with your own beautiful soulful light energy,
Replacing any leftover heaviness with a feeling of lightness throughout your entire body.
And just feel how much lighter you feel now.
And as you tune in to this lightness within your body,
Ask your body,
My body,
How can I help you come back to your most natural soulful weight?
And as you receive your messages,
Just go ahead and thank your body in advance for becoming its most healthy and vibrant soul weight.
Bask in these feelings of lightness and bring them back into the room as you gently begin to move your body around.
Open your eyes,
Aware and awake,
Feeling light and ready to move on with your day.
