Coming into a comfortable position,

Doesn't necessarily have to be seated and know that this meditation is a space where you get to take care of yourself.

So if you need to move or shift,

Please do so.

Find your breath.

Connect with it by letting the breath just fall gently out your mouth.

Feel the heat.

Breathe in up to the crown of your head.

Breathe out down to the base of your spine.

Taking some breaths up and down the spinal cord,

The information system of our body.

Then eventually breathing up behind your eyes and exhaling the gaze drops and pools in your heart space.

You can actually look there if you try,

So maybe you need to take just one more breath and really travel up behind your eyes,

Down the throat,

Directly into your heart.

Said that the life our heart can create is far greater than the mind could ever imagine.

So welcoming your visioning to come through,

Through your heart space today.

Your breath can just be neutral,

Natural.

We'll be imagining,

Seeing,

Visioning our futures.

Noticing the self that's here and now and placing yourself in a beautiful garden.

Noticing the plants and the trees and all of mother nature around you.

Eventually you get up from this bench and you start to make your way into the forest.

You're crunching,

You're skipping,

You're walking with care for the ground beneath you.

And eventually you get to this really intricate,

Beautiful door.

What color is it?

What texture is the doorknob?

Go ahead and reach out and open the door and step through it.

As you step through,

You enter this new space.

You're no longer in the forest.

And out of the corner of your eye,

You see you.

You found yourself a year from now,

Somewhere,

Doing something.

What is your essence?

What is the energy of where you've landed?

Are you with anybody?

Stay for a little while and explore.

Knowing that,

You could even maybe tap your future self and ask a couple questions.

Finishing up any conversations and ask yourself,

You know,

How do I get out?

Where's the next door?

You look a little bit lost,

So someone catches you and takes you towards the second door where they're guided and you trust them.

This door looks just as magical,

Inviting,

Safe,

Offering your gratitude.

You say goodbye and you open the door and you step through into your life in five years.

All normal.

What's changed?

As you find your future self,

How do they carry themselves?

What is the environment?

The sensation?

And what tangibly can you connect to?

As a visitor,

You really ask questions and touch and feel and sense.

Trusting that you can always come back to this space and find this door when you need.

When you need,

You start looking for the next one.

Making your way down.

Pathway.

It's a little bit longer walk this time.

You end at an older,

Beautiful wooden door with a carved handle.

You turn it and step through.

There is someone there to greet you.

It's you.

In 10 years.

They knew you were coming.

They really want to give you a tour and tell you what's important.

You trust them and let them guide you.

They have a few key things to share so you listen and you make note.

Then they walk and usher you to the back door.

Giving you a big,

Big hug.

Send you on your way.

You step through the door.

You find yourself here and now.

This moment,

This place in time.

You might place the hands on the body somewhere or the ground.

Connecting with the you that is tangible in this moment.

Take a deep breath in.

Big breath out.

Trusting that all of these versions of you live deep within your heart,

Deep within your body.

Might swallow once.

Begin to move gently.

Shifting from the vision truly into the present moment.

Now is a beautiful time to shift into 5 to 10 minutes of journaling.

To really record and remember what these versions and years of your future self had to share.
